The Fish 10674
Just made this piece of piss from a Jamie Oliver book and it's quality and dead easy. The chilli gets into everything - even the tomatoes are spicy as fuck. One chicken breast, 6 halved cherry tomatoes, 8 sticks of asparagus, all hoyed into a baking tray. Chop one red chili and chuck that in. Drizzle the lot with olive oil and put some salt and pepper on it. Then tip some white wine on it and put it in the oven for 25 minutes. Quality tea. You got the Jamie Oliver app for the iPhone? well worth it
Ugly Mackems 133
Fantastic curry recipe Not cooked conventionally. Search 'rick Stiens Lamb and Spinach Curry on google/youtube) I promise its immense - I use chicken thighs halved instead of lamb sometimes. !lb onions chopped and fried (in plenty oil/ghee) gently til golden. Assemble in liquidizer 8/10 cloves garlic 2" Fresh ginger roughly chopped. 14 fl oz tin of toms. + half tin water. Blitz. Add fried onions to liquidized tomatoes etc (remove with slotted spoon leaving oil behind) then blitz til smooth. Replace blitzed mixture back in pan add 2lb of lamb (meat of your choice) 1tbsp salt. Cover with tight fitting lid and simmer 30 minutes. After 30 mins add 1tbsp of: turmeric, chilli powder, cumin, paprika and ground coriander. Stir well and cook on gently for anopther 30/45 minutes. optional - add spinach (wilted in pan and blitzed in liquidizer i use a £1 bag from morrisons) add heat by blitzing 4 meduim sized green chillies in liquidizer with a bit water then add (to taste >all of it cissy< about 5 miniutes before end of cooking time (i take our lass' out at this point before chucking chillie puree in) Stir in 1tbsp garam massala/3tbsp fresh coriander. Serve (the finest curry you'll try) Edited December 30, 2009 by Ugly Mackems

Gemmill 44109
Nowt the matter with the bloke imo. Park Life 71
The recipe I use involves cinnamon sticks and Worcester sauce and god knows what else. It's remarkable how many permutations there are when you consider the end result is just a load of spicy mush with some beans in it. Normally put corriander in mine. The evil genius that I am. The tuna rigatoni is fucking lovely and one of the easiest to act as a base from which you can experiment a little, it also doesn't need you to have a herb garden or the like
