Did a beef and pak choi stir-fry earlier actually, after miraculously finding the latter at a local shop. In Lewisham. The fried chicken shops will be selling hummus next.

What's in the pies?

made up on the spot, I just wanted to test out the new silicon tray; a mix of leftover chilli, mushrooms, potato, onions, gravy, rosemary and a couple of drops of truffle oil, to make me feel superior. :(

Delicious, obviously.

Thinking of going into the pie business (with less random fillings), would an oblong pie appeal to you?

Pork fillet with a creamy mushroom sauce. With chipolatas and baked apple. And lemon and garlic green beans.

More brilliance from me and Jamie.

Mama Mia, that sounds just scrummy.

I have a leg of lamb for tomorrow. mmmmm :icon_lol:

And got some quality produce. Had amazing fillet steak for lunch, and have more to make tomorrow.

Finished the day off by going here and getting some quality man-food. British beef jerky made from Northumbrian cows. :D
