Looks like I'm doing cacio e pepe tonight, luckily I've got pecorino in the house but it wouldn't have been a massive problem if I hadn't as there's also dairylea slices I could've used. :good:

A recipe Im making asks for mascarpone (I’ve never used it) but I do quite often use the other two.

 

The first two you listed does not have carob bean gum and carrageenan.   :D

Cabbage carbonara. I thought it needed chicken as well. Also, I’m not keen on Gammon so used Smokey bacon. Also chucked in a couple of mushrooms.

Carbonara has four ingredients- pasta, eggs, cheese, pancetta. 
 

Your hot salad has one ingredient in common with it. 
 

That’s like calling your shits Chowder because they both have sweetcorn in them.
