Park Life 71
I always use coriander in mine these days and garlic puree to mix into the mince. Too boring otherwise.

Brock Manson 0
Burgers are best with simple seasoning. Buy some good ground meat and let it speak for itself. I like mine with caramelised onions, ketchup and yellow mustard.

Inochi 0
Burgers are best with simple seasoning. Buy some good ground meat and let it speak for itself. I like mine with caramelised onions, ketchup and yellow mustard. Absolutely. I used to clart about with all kinds in my burgers, and was never happy with the result. If you can be arsed, dice your own mince from some good quality rib eye, and don't be shy with the salt. If you can find something to cover the burger as it cooks, to trap the smoke, it'll give it an almost barbecued taste.

You also get American diners hoying cheese on top, chucking in some ice crystals around the burger and then covering to give a molten cheeseburger. Homemade burgers are awesome. Everyone round tooj's.

BigWalrus 0
I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but as soon as you add an egg, it is no longer a burger. It's just a flat meatball. Salt works as a binding agent so meat and salt is all you need. The fattier the better.
