What to do with half a joint of roast lamb?

First thought were a lamb korma or alternatively chips lamb gravy and yourkshire puds.

Any suggestions.

This is the Cooking thread, not the CT's Food Porn thread - I was sharing the recipe. Anyway, it looked like that. There's not a great deal you can do to beautify mince and dumplings. :)

See this is what's going on in my oven right now. Our lass is knocking up her Lasagne special.

Before anyone asks, the large dish feeds about 8 so it's not his and hers ;)

Bubbling and spilling all over but as usual they will be delicious.

Served with coleslaw and jacket potatoes.

THE CT DIET PLAN

- 10 months per year spent with obese BMI

- 1 month of tuna salads

- 1 month of rapid weight gain

- Zero exercise

I'd say we've come out of phase 2 and are firmly in phase 3 now.
