Christmas Tree 4725
Been having Salt and Chilli chicken a bit lately from the chinese. If anyone has a very good recipe that they've tried and tested, chuck it up please.
Monkeys Fist 42459
Good lass Cath, you're back on the " would use her shit for toothpaste" list. Sketchy for a bit there , mind. Lucky me! Caught 20 minutes of a Nigella show last night. Wow is she one sexy woman. Felt spellbound. Quite enjoyed the cooking as well. And just another word that heavenly bosom. OMG For you both, it's Naughty Nigella time again!
Christmas Tree 4725
I'm guessing what that is and I'll savour it when I get home, although I must saying having watched it last night without any special editing was pretty steamy as well. Meenzer 15531
You could use those anchovy-style sprats you get in tins at the IKEA food shop if you want something similar but a bit sweeter/milder. I use them in this Swedish potato casserole/bake thing called Jansson's Temptation (those kerrazy Swedes) and they're lurvely. And that's what's in the oven right now, since we're doing Swedish Christmas tonight. Meatballs to follow.

Meenzer 15531
Your spicy/sweet sticky sausages are getting done tomorrow Meenzer.Incredibly more ish. If you know where this recipe is chuck a link up Mr Fist :-) 1kg (75) cocktail sausages 2 x 15ml tablespoons sesame oil 125ml/150g honey 2 x 15ml tablespoons soy sauce 1. Preheat the oven to 220c/gas mark 7. 2. Separate the sausages (if linked) and arrange in a large, shallow-sided roasting tin. 3. Whisk together the oil, honey and soy sauce and pour over the sausages, then use your hands (or a couple of spatulas) to move everything about in the tin so that all the sausages are slicked (oo-er). 4. Roast for 25-30 minutes; give them a shuffle about halfway through cooking if you happen to be near the oven. Simple as that!
