If the ref had heard it then it would be a different story. Yobo himself says he heard nothing iirc. The other thing is under English Law this kind of thing is still very difficult to prove and if Emre did take on the FA in a civil actiton with the full backing of the club he would win. They just don't have enough to avoid counter litigation. Yes I am a pretend lawyer. If he is found innocent Emre should sue those scummie Everton Kling-ons for deformation of character. Thats only funny if you look up the definition of how I spelt it. Deformation - The act or process of deforming. The condition of being deformed. An alteration of form for the worse. Physics. An alteration of shape, as by pressure or stress. The shape that results from such an alteration. Its not that funny that I only got a D in GCSE English though and whilst I was typing that couldn`t be bothered with a spell checker or dictionary. I have found out its spelt defamation now.
