I don't have a milkman KCG - I haven't made broth for ages, but yeah I make it by boiling a ham shank (no wanking jokes please) til it's falling to bits then using the stock as the base for the broth with loads of veggies. If I could be arsed to go to Tesco I'd give it a bash but I can't

catmag 337
Nope, although I did live in a nurses home for 3 years a long time ago. It was an absolute scream. Speaking of cooking, we decided to cook Christmas dinner for us all one year before we left Manchester to go home. I think we were still scraping potato off the walls and finding sprouts under the sofa the follwing July. ChezGiven 0
Cheesecake is foul. FREAK! I tend to agree. Got to be the best dessert ever Cheesecake is hit and miss as a dessert. If its too dry then it needs lashings of cream. Tesco's cheesecake base is a case in point, has this strange consistency. Its all about the base. I'd like to try the ginger snap style. Tupperware box to the usual address please.

midds 0
Usually add a bit of tabasco and/or Worcester sauce for a bit of heat. I'll have to try it with a bit of sugar

Scruff Penne just rolls all over the place. Use a fork and a spoon like normal people Oh and you can also use a couple of Oxo cubes in the sauce if you want to make it a bit richer - it's canny. That's the only decent piece of advice I ever got from my ex mother-in-law...
