Park Life 71
SWP Bridge Cavenghi Bent Taylor The kid at Inter Crouch (Although I understand London Zoo have put in a counter bid). Lauren Upson Diarra Distin Wes Brown Nihat If you could only have 2 out of that lot.
menace13 0
Doubt we've gone after Nihat and Cavenaghi tbh, and I'd have Bent and Bridge for about £10M for the pair max.

Add Curtis Davies to that list but he's done his metatarsal tonight for the 2nd time this season,so cant see him going anywhere.

janu 0
I'm quite sure you can add Lucas Neill to that list. What about David Nugent? Apparently Sheff United had a £6m bid turned down yesterday. Overpriced? Edited January 13, 2007 by janu

If we're not buying anybody might as well pretend we are...Helps alleviate the impending depression. Anal Oliver in disguise? Talking of that man, how about this for a peach of an Oliverism. Meanwhile, after being wrongly linked with David Beckham in many quarters in the past couple of days, United know it is inevitable that there will be talk over the weekend of them bringing Ronaldo to St James' now that Real Madrid are ready to release him. But why would United want to sign an overweight striker who is now past his best and who can hardly run and for whom it would not mean a thing to pull on the black-and-white shirt? janu 0
According to The Sunday Sun: Jeremie Aliadiere Ali is on Glenn hitlist By Neil Farrington, The Sunday Sun Newcastle are set to try to land Arsenal starlet Jeremie Aliadiere on loan to boost their striking options. United boss Glenn Roeder is keen on the 23-year-old Frenchman, and was at Anfield in midweek to see him rip Liverpool apart in the Carling Cup. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger does not want to sell Aliadiere, but appreciates his desire to be a regular Premiership starter, and so will consider loaning him out. But Roeder looks to have been priced out of a move for West Brom centre-back Curtis Davies. The Baggies last week quoted Tottenham a staggering £12 MILLION for their prize asset, who is also interesting Aston Villa. So Roeder is also set to try the loan market for defenders, with Arsenal centre-half Johan Djorou and 17-year-old left-back Armand Traore having also caught the eye against Liverpool. Meanwhile, Albert Luque's loan move from United to PSV Eindhoven is off because the Dutch club would not pay up a big enough proportion of his wages. And sources in London have suggested there are inconsistencies in the evidence given to the FA by Everton's Tim Howard and Joleon Lescott which could prove decisive in Newcastle midfielder Emre's bid to beat the charge of racist abuse against him.
