rikko 20
I've taken another step into becoming a real person now, just had my offer on a house accepted. Now just the annoying wait until i can move into it. Not a bad start to the new year for me.

rikko 20
The folk who i bought my house off, bought it for 2.5 times less then i'm paying for it. And that was only 7 years ago... Although going by that website the price i paid is the going rate.
ewerk 31592
Not looking forward to getting a mortgage but I'm going to have to as soon as I can. House prices went up 44% in Northern Ireland last year and probably by more than that where I live. Fucking peace process, the paramilitaries might get a bad rep but at least they kept housing affordable.
