Although there's something wrong with one of the systems here and we've got an engineer coming out at 2 to fix it, and muggins here has been charged with hanging around til he's sorted it. I forgot to add, he is the spitting image of Snake Pliskin (sans eyepatch but avec war-wounds - he rode his bike into a minibus last summer) from Escape from LA/New York.
