Watford reflections

Maybe I'm missing the big picture, but I just see a team of individuals with the occasional link-up with other team members. Apart from hoofing the ball up the park for Oba or Sib to hopefully win a header, I just can't see what the tactics are with Rodders??

Butt didn't do too well yesterday, giving Rodders the easy reason to get Parker back in the side.

Babayaro - a total enigma yesterday. Stops on numerous occasions, letting his man run away from him, yet some of his play was really good.

Dyer - largely ineffective. Seems to have lost a colossal amount of weight

Watford. More brute strength and enthusiasm than skill (a la Reading); hope they get relegated. Oh, and as for their fans, do they not feel embarassed singing 'Yellow Army' ??????

Referee - Hmmmmmmmmm, I would like to see the whole 90 minutes again - with action replays - as he seemed to turn many a blind eye to Watford's thuggery.

On the whole, though, glad we go the three points without playing well - sending Watford closer to where they truly belong.

Personally I thought Butt was one of our better players and the easy out Roeder got was when he was struggling with a bit of a knock.

Taylor had another good game and Rammage did quite well too. Henderson looks really big and strong and so not an easy opponent.

The midfielder looked a bit unbalanced with Dyer and Emre. I think Emre was supposed to be playing on the left with Dyer in the middle but he never really played there. For me it would have made more sense to play Dyer on the wing and Emre in the middle with Butt where he has been doing well.

Overall I think we were half asleep and got dragged into playing to many long balls. When we played the ball on the deck we were murdering them.

They're actually genuinely watford reflections, though. If it were JUST reflections, fair enough. But those are BONA FIDE WATFORD REFLECTIONS.

I'm assuming the so-called 'joke' is that they are photos of reflections/reflective surfaces. Jesus wept indeed.

IN WATFORD.

I got the joke, your work isnt completeley wasted

I always did respect you more than the other lot. My genius is often misunderstood.

To be fair (as Patrokles would say) those who didn't get it should hang their heads in shame. Along with the people who got it and thought it was funny :icon_lol:

I would say that the people who got it completely should hang their heads in shame for knowing anything about the crap hole that is Watford.

I guessed what it was rather than recognising the buildings as I've never been to Watford. Obvious tbh.
