The Canadiens were a great team up until about 7 or 8 years before he bought it. They've been decent enough over the last few years. Were in the shit a bit when he bought them. Doesn't have a habit of just dumping coaches willy nilly like some North American teams seem to be fond of. Claude Julien was sacked about a year ago but he'd been in the position for a good few years by that time, which is a positive.
