Walliver 0
I've got some iTunes vouchers to use up soon, what should I download? To get a general idea of what I listen to, look here: AudioScrobbler This may be a thread mainly for the likes of Meenzer and Brock but feel free to chip in if you think you know something I'd like. Walliver 0
I've played with Pandora for a while and got a few decent songs off there, I'd just like to ask a few people for their opinion. If you could do it in a if you like X you'd probably like Y sort of way, that'd be most helpful. I have The Warning sitting in front of me. What should I get by Sigor Ros? Happy Face 29
Your favourite artists are girls aloud and busted. Sorry but I don't watch SMTV now that Ant and Dec have left.
Meenzer 15561
Bloody hell, your Audioscrobbler profile is even more eclectic/schizophrenic than mine, and I've got Eurovision on my side... Gawd only knows what to recommend you on that basis, frankly. Thinking tangentially (and not a little randomly), you might get something out of the Decemberists, Death Cab For Cutie or the Dresden Dolls (and no, I'm not just going through the D section of my CD collection). Oh, and... Recent Tracks Lil Chris – Checking it out 10 minutes ago A guilty pleasure I'm ashamed to say I share.
Meenzer 15561
Oh, and if they've got German stuff, a couple of tracks by Die Ärzte. I can make recommendations if so.

Matt 0
Haddaway the album. Legend. Just the fact he was called haddaway was enough (though I doubt the rest of the country got the joke). Walliver 0
I hope everyone's still checking my page to see if I've accepted any of their recommendations. The first five songs to be taken from this thread are: Sigur Ros - Hoppipolla (first listen hasn't left much of an impression on me) Liam Frost & The Slowdown Family - The City Is At Standstill (I like this, give me more in this vein) The Dresden Dolls - Backstabber (okayishly good, the 30 second clips of their other songs didn't inspire me much) Death Cab For Cutie - A Lack of Color [sic] (this is nice) The Buzzcocks - Have You Ever Fallen In Love (When You Shouldn't've)? (it's not something I would've picked to listen to but because you'll shoot me if I don't, I'll give it some more time) Edited December 10, 2006 by Walliver
