I think we'll have all kinds of problems getting a manager of any quality: Look at the dross that turned us down last time around. And I think there are more stumbling blocks in place than just the manager and coaching staff, starting from the boardroom right down to the players. I also blame the fans. I'll be as vocal as anyone if he doesn't get us into Europe this season. If he doesn't achieve that, he should be sacked.
