Fop 1
I'm pretty sure you can't touch him at all now. they'd let things like pat on the shoulder and a nice big gay hug. but anything embarrassing or potentially violent and it's yellow card city That's deemed as physical assault = mandatory life imprisonment these days ("life" being 3 years served of course). Brock Manson 0
Couldn't really think of a suitable thread to put this in, nor was I going to start one especially, but why don't refs have the balls to book players for diving? Diouf would've been sent off today. Vile, purtid individual that he is. When his own team continue playing when he's rolling around on the floor, "injured" then cards need to be shown, however amusing such a spectacle is. Kills the sport tbh. @yourservice 67
...a player licks the referee's face, during a match? Can he be sent off? "When the sea-gulls follow the trawler, it’s because they hope to be thrown sardines"
DanTheMan 0
Yes, you can be sent off for licking the ref if he deems it an 'offensive, insulting or abusive gesture'. I remember hearing a story about a ref on the local circuit who was kissed on the forehead by a player after giving a foul against him. He only got a yellow card though, so it could be worth a go! And if the referee scores, aye, it is a goal. And Brock, it's not easy to judge a dive at full speed, it's quite a tough call really!

With Diouf it should be an automatic one way ticket to "Yellow-card-city"
