I am not going to lower myself to 'debating' such a ludicrous proposal. You only take people seriously who you respect, and I can't respect people who obviously don't understand the basic construct of the U.S. government and its various bodies, and go on to claim that if we were to point out the differences between North Korea and U.S.A we would be splitting hairs. That displays a level of idiocy that is usually reserved for mentally retarded poultry. I shouldn't have to point out that the U.S. isn't a military dictatorship, as that is an axiom. The demographic who believe this nonsense to be the case is comprised of terrorist sympathizers, why would I bother engaging with those types, pointless exercise. My point was that unquestioned state execution with no recourse to law would be defined as feature of somewhere like NK - you can't claim to be the land of the free and consider such actions as consistent with that definition. Of course there are limits in any democracy but what amounts to "death squads" should be condemned no matter where they exist.

LM's overbiding position is of course founded on even if the person killed is innocent, one less Muslim in the world is a good thing - there can be no "unjustified" killing in his world so its pointless arguing about it.

What have the IMF said about Ireland looking like a double dip CT?
-
I filed that in my "interesting premise for a Sci-fi film which ultimately disappointed" file - see also Babylon AD most recently.
-
The liberal rubbish that forms the basis of the article on NK you Linked to? Because they have absolutely no history of lying do they? What would be your limits - how many people would they be allowed to kill before you said hang on there's something not quite right here - 10, 100 - a thousand - more?

I remember Souness letting Dynamo Kiev (I think) train on Ibrox then reducing the width before kick-off.

What's the difference between a dictatorship like North Korea where the leader cannot be questioned by any means and a so called democracy where the leader cannot be questioned by any means? you should read up on North Korea, or better still, try to go there and see for yourself the difference http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_rights_in_North_Korea I'm sure Amnesty have a huge file on the USA - try reading about the Patriot Act for starters.

As another aside did anyone else notice Gray/Tyler's comments about Carribeans being lazy bastards? Surprised it seems to have gone un-commented elsewhere.

I have to confess that when they cut to him in the crowd on Sky, my first thought was "die, cunt".
-
Krul was a mixture for me - some good takes but as has been said flapping badly for the goals.
-
Has a lorry load of laptops met the usual fate in Liverpool in the last couple of weeks or something? Cannot get moved for the cunts.
-
I remember in 94 when Shearer was coming back from injury and only made the bench for Blackburn against us then came on when we were one up - there was a visible affect on the team as if they collectively shit themselves and sure enough he equalised. I cant help thinking that sadly the same thing happened yesterday when Rory fucking Delap came on.

As .com inferred - putting your hand on someones head now has enough force to cause someone a dislocated shoulder. I hope the cheating cunt never plays again.
-
Not exactly known though is he? (which imo contributed to his victory as I said) He has plenty time to make an impression good or bad - I think writing him off is a bit daft.
-
I honestly thought he was a lot better last week - he did do a lot right but maybe it was just my nervous expectation at what would happen at 1-0 that made me notice things he got away with more than I should.
-
I agree about Routledge, i do like him but he has been shit of late. Got to be Gutierrez and Ben Arfa next. This guys a clown if he was even remotely serious with that comment....Tiote looks quality! Stumbled around if pressured and was lucky to get away with a few loose balls. lack of actual tackles - didn't see much quality tbh. He did look good last week so I hope it was an off day - which it has to be said applies to Barton compared with last well as well.
-
I also have to say that I agree with all the opinions on Routledge as a championship player - not good enough. In a completely OTT/pissed off vain I'd also say I didn't see that much difference today between Tiote and Amdy Faye.
-
Another loss against a "rival" - beating Everton and Villa is pointless if we lose games like this - 17th if we're lucky - reality bites again.
-
You could argue that Pompey and West Ham were lucky to only get fines as well. The Premier league looks after its own. I'd have relegated West Ham, Liverpool and Man Utd over Tevez and Mascherano - never would have happened in a million years though.
-
I remember after that 1-1 one of the Mackems in the pub I used to drink in asking me what all that "tippy-tappy" stuff we played that day was - "football" was my reply. Swindon failed to pay enough for their lawyers - a mistake Spurs didn't make a few years later for a much bigger crime (tax fiddling).
-
I'm all for "freak" results but I'd prefer West Brom to have lost in reality (Still not on board CT and Parky's bandwagon)

Or the cuts the Tories lauded that the Irish did which has sent them into a double dip.
-
I love the way Tories refer to Unions as if they are some dodgy alien bodies. Members got a vote in the election - that's members who are just normal workers last most of us. The idea that it's an "unfair" election because of the union vote is ludicrous. Compared with the Tories who have always been run back dodgy committees of God knows whats (see the ousting of Thatcher as an example), I think its a pretty democratic party - though admittedly Blair has done his best to change that. Also "All Cameron has to do" is fucking hilarious.
-
Were never going to get and old school left winger but I think David Milliband was tainted by being associated with Blair and his actions as foreign secretary so this isn't a bad choice from the fresh start pov.
