I think all the technology I now have will adjust itself automatically - just taken a snap decision typing this to replace anything that doesn't. (Afterthought - not sure about my car dashboard clock - will exclude it just in case)

IT mate - all of the abuse and none of the (real) money.

Russians at work talking to each other in Russian - I've had two colleagues sitting at my desk discussing something with me talking to each other and then involving me with one sentence in English then immediately switching back to Russian when addressing each other - never happened when I was at the German bank. Also since it's now impending FUCKING PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS.

Someone plesse send Mourinho the dvd of the Barcelona vs Inter semi from a few years ago and then tell the cunt to fuck off with having a go at Cardiff for time wasting.

The 2-1 was October the 1st 88 - I use that and a couple of others for memorable dates on security questions sad bastard that I am.

Just had a phone interview with an American woman which went extremely well: "When I saw your resume I thought it belonged to someone already working for us and you've confirmed you're a good fit" - of course theres another three fucking stages yet but I'll be very disappointed if I don't go forward.
-
Yet seven years of skewel never really affected me Just heard I have a telephone interview at seven tonight so feeling quite good.

Just seen it - superb.

I never watch the half time shite - anyone got a clip of this Ginola thing?

I fucking hate this "that would have been a yellow if he hadn't already been booked" shit - red shirt cowardice - should expect it by now but it still rankles. Canny performance though.

Reminds me of how people thought the 2005 election would all be about Iraq (as if the tories wouldn't have joined in) because of all the dissent but in the end (as always) it was about the economy and unforunately how people feel they themselves are doing. (And I still don't get how Labour "opened the doors" when it was mainly EU workers)
-
Actually the estimates were quite accurate since they gave two - one if Germany restricted them and one if they didn't - of course the press ignore that and by extension blind swallowers like you. Also it wasn't Blair who signed the treaty which allows free movement of workers withing the EU - guess who it was. I don't get Labour on this - it seems they wanted to meekly apologise for somthing largely beyond their control given EU laws - I'd also say the fact that so many non-EU people wanted to come was almost a compliment on how well the economy was doing. I've said before I think one thing they did get wrong was the free ride to family immigration from Southern Asia - I know there are UN guidelines on right to family life but we all know how convenient the arranged marriages are.

How many countries in Europe have North Sea oil/gas? The problem was/is surrendering control to global corps as usual meaning they can talk about "wholesale prices" and other such bollocks - if oil/gas was a nationalised industry it could be a lot cheaper.

When that was out I was going out with a lass for a little while who looked a bit like Andrea and was so far out of my league she was in a different galaxy. What I'd give to relive those couple of months doesn't bear contemplating -even hearing that now almost brings a tear to my eye and a semi to my trousers.

More candidates for the wall.

I'm only on friendly nodding terms with my neighbours and didn't mention when I went away the other month with my car on the drive - they didn't say anything when I got back so assume I'd lie there for a while if owt happened to me.

I chuck anthing less than 10ps in the charity box at the till now. I used to recyle the pounds etc quite well by using them in the car park every day but I now park at a place with a season ticket so they are accumulating steadily.

For your own life's enjoyment- your kids should look after themselves after you give them a decent start rather than them looking forward to your death.

A compliment complete with grammatical error. Makes life worthwhile.

Auctioned with proceeds to the state. I'm very honest in my leftie lunacy.

It's the first step to a true meritocracy. And before you say it its not a tax on the dead person, its a tax on the beneficiary.

Openeing the scheme to BTL is a fucking disaster in the making - more houses straight on the housing benefit gravy train. What we need is hundreds of thousands of houses built as social housing with no right to buy bollocks - if the end result of that after ten years is a housing market that hasn't bubbled then all the better. I've said many times the Tory obsession with property prices has crippled this country for 30 years (no matter how much its "boomed" otherwise) and its root was probably the worst single thing the bitch did. The smugness of people who own their houses and compare their equity as a badge of honour sickens me - its why I'd relish 100% inheritance tax with huge fines for attempted avoidance.
-
Theres enormous demand - the scheme is "needed" because the fucking banks won't lend without the guarantees.
-
Presumably because Rangers thought/think that the laws don't apply to them. They admitted double contracts - the HMRC should have pursued it further imo - and if the new club want their "history" they should pay back all the money they owe.

One of things I considered when I booked my holiday in August was more control of flight times - I remember times going on package deals when we arrived at the resort at 2 or 3am and that's counted as a night out of the total. This time around I booked a flight at 22:30 which arrived at about 05:00 with the time difference so I got to the resort at 06:00 - dumped my bags at the hotel which I couldn't check into yet and went for a walk then sat by the pool till they opened so getting 8 days for the price of 7 nights.
