  1. I've always thought he was a placeholder for his brother. The way they are trying to sleepwalk to a win instead of being bold suggests half-hearted defeatism. Another 5 years of cunts beckons - though smaller party gains may make it interesting.

Are people not getting him confused with Accdacca who Ant outed last week?

I meant on the day and I meant Leicester counting League games

Hate to be cynical but the three wins have been against piss poor teams.
  5. Theres a site the guardian have had a few articles on called Everyday Sexism where women post stuff like this and while its easy to suggest some of it is overreaction when you read about blokes on the tube rubbing their cocks against lasses even to the point of orgasm it really does make you wonder wtf is going on with people. I readily admit to enjoying porn but its proliferation has had a fucked up effect in recent years seeming to drag men back to baser times almost akin to the old caveman clubbing a lass over the head level.
  6. A reputation for towing the "big club" FA line.
  7. What I used to call the red shirt rule classicly applied there on the pen.
  8. He's sending out a team to lose deliberately and has the nerve to talk it up. Shameless.
  9. Hate to say it but the common factor to his shit players is being foreign.
  10. I like Shola as a bloke, I just think he was a fucking shit footballer. As I've said before, it speaks volumes to me that only one manager saw through him.
  11. Apologies for the sexism but in my experience HR departments are female job creation clubs designed to protect the company and think of schemes to destroy worker's souls.
  12. Just thinking he'll settle for a "positive" one-nil defeat. KK on BEIN - makes me fucking sick knowing what a cunt we've got in charge compared with him.
  13. My phone contract is up for discussion next month so I've started looking at what's out there. I've never bothered with Spotify as I've always used an SD card on my phone but some of the phones I've looked at haven't got a slot so I thought I'd look at getting a phone with "standard" storage space and maybe getting a Giffgaff unlimited data bag and use Spotify. So I've downloaded it and "followed" all the band I like and pointed it at my NAS for home usage and downloaded the app to my phone and started playing around. I've seen the discover thing but it seems unfocused - is there a way to get it to do what Pandora does (one of the greatest crimes against humanity ever is that that's unavailable in the UK) and say "you like x therefore why not listen to y?" Any other tips? (I've seen HF's post above but don't think I could be arsed to upload all my music to the cloud)
  14. Well since that's the groups most likely to need them I'd guess 75% It would be interesting to know what the nett cost is - I know £8 won't cover a lot of the wonder drugs but I'll bet there are a lot which cost under the prescription cost.
  15. You do realise they invent the schemes then have a nice chat with their mates at hmrc and failing that use lobbyists to persuade politicians? I should add that hmrc is deliberately underfunded.
  16. Yes there is a lack of will but ad I've said before when your auditors are your tax advisers, the whole thing is dodgy. Then you add the cosy relationship between the big four and HMRC it gets worse.
  17. I agree in general Alex but keeping a 78 year old inside seems a bit much. Not saying there should necessarily be an automatic release age but still. I suppose the "hope" was that he would die at sn average age for his generation.
  18. First time I've actually read about the case. I can see how it was so shocking in the context of the times.
  19. Thing is the evaders strive for "losses" to reduce the tax which makes it harder to judge. This is where the abolition of all the schemes would come in. An end to the conspiring of the big four in avoidance would be a starting poinr.
  20. The vast majority of the account holders were Russians avoiding scrutiny or chasing inflated interest rates. I had sympathy for the locals or ex-pats affected but not the Russians.
  21. Thing is the Cyprus haircut happened and it could set a sort of precedent. Very unlikely of course especially against companies rather than individuals.

I never understood the basis for either tbh. I know you could argue "violent conduct" covers it but I still think it's different to opponents fighting. I've also seen other intrateam spats go unpunished albeit not to the same level of violence but still..
  23. A one-off 20% levy on all non-property based wealth over a million would be a start. Would need global action but I'd also confiscate all offshore accounts - all either dodgy, tax-evaded or un-needed imo.
  24. Did he ever explain where he thought she was? I thought I read they hadn't actually gone to sleep together so that was his "angle" for the confusion. I agree about the intruder defence thing as well - I think a lot of Toonpack's point about American mentality on armed defence apply to SA as well with even more of a historical racial element.
  25. Heard it suggested on XFM yesterday morning that Relax should be re-released to counteract Read's shite.
