What's Burridge up to these days? Or Tommy Wright?
-
I caught a few minutes of the match when it was 1-0 and a Birmingham player waltzed around him like he wasn't there. Apart from that he looked competent.
-
Was just about to ask if there were 46 other perverted buildings scalers before I realised it's probably your age.
-
I don't think he's actually had that many second yellows considering the first half bookings.

I can sort of see her argument that surgery and hormones don't necessarily make someone a "real" woman but I think it dismisses the fact it makes them "happy".

Garbage in a couple of weeks for me then The Charlatans supported by The Bunnymen just before Christmas. So 80s/90s.

Served the country like Andrew Lloyd fucking Webber and Karen Brady?
-
How would they reward their paymasters though? (Apart from enacting their wishes in law of course).

They should introduce a card system for MPs for telling proven lies with suspensions and loss of expenses and benefits. Duncan Smith would end up owing money within weeks.
-
There's also a lie doing the rounds that razors are tax free or on the lower rate when they are taxed at the full rate (obviously women use them as well).

Just noticed on. com that the cunt reffed that farce against Blackburn 4 years ago. Obviously a grudge.

A couple of comments in the Guardian suggested that was his angle. I assumed the run in that direction was in response to the paedophile stuff but didn't make the airplane association. I'd totally believe he'd be that stupid.

Being very, very generous, the mackems argue sometimes that refs see his name as a target and maybe this cunt decided to go against that deliberately. That doesn't excuse him playing the same game with Tiote.

I hate seeing "strong" centre forwards go down instead of staying on their feet but that's the way it is and he shouldn't have given him the chance. My biggest complaint is still the leniency he showed. Could easily have booked O'Shea after 20 seconds and Fletcher after 2 minutes. Obviously you know who committed at least 4 bookable offences and that's not counting his worst challenge which wasn't even given as a foul or the two pens within 5 seconds. To see a ref in the 80th minute count out 4 tackles and still just warn him after booking Tiote holding up two fingers warrants Coddington level hatred in my book.

I've always tried to have an open mind on this but I tend towards Greer's position - there's something about this "born in the wrong body" thing which strikes me as unscientific. Not saying it shouldn't be a choice and that anyone who does it should be treated badly or anything but I don't think chromosone/gentitalia assignment done by nature is that fallible. Of course the willingness of modern students to supress free speech on this and especially "Islamaphobia" is another matter they should be shot with shit for.

Generic small time football blather thread 2015/16

When the cunt was on goals on Sunday and mentioned the modric claim they just nodded and took him at his word. Would have been great if they'd just said "did you fuck" -
There are signs of very small steps in the ME but I'm under no illusions about it being a long term thing.

That's why they have the people on such a tight leash through religion - to keep them in their place and maintain their power. No different to this country with help from the class system but I I hope the modern world should make it easier to corrupt the populace beneficially.

Well I finally finished Dextter today. I agree the last four seasons didn't match the first four but I think they were still worth watching - I liked Lumen and Ray Stevenson's characters especially but I have to say the sixth one with Colin Hanks was poor. As I said previously I think they pushed how long he could continue to get away with things too much - questions which should have been asked just weren't far too conveniently. Next for me is watching the conclusion to Continuum then I'll resume Breaking Bad which I watched the first four episodes of when I was on holiday.

Israel continues its merciless pounding of the defenceless.

Well like the rest of the middle east, I think the problem is borders drawn largely by Western powers. There probably is enough land to carve up semi-sensibly but the deliberate way Jerusalem has been made sacred by all of them complicates it. -

"Arabs" lived there albeit alongside Jews and Christians - probably in the majority for at least 1400 years so I think they do have a notional claim no matter what the place is called or who rules it. It's funny how those who support Israel's right to exist dismiss the rights of other displaced nations where the occupiers have been there for nowhere near as long (USA, Australia). Of course the extra factors are religion, money and sympathy. I respect the last of those but their treatment of the Palestinians erodes that to a certain degree. -

Before 1948 "Israel" hadn't existed since pre-Roman times.
