  1. Chancellor in the German, 1930s sense, aye.
  2. Liars lie, cunts cunt and tories tory - it really is that simple.
  3. Going back a bit, for all the good managers, nobody mentions the scouse cunts were backed in the 60s/70s/80s by the Moores football pools company and always outspent the rest.
  4. Would that count as 1 more worker or retention?
  5. I don't think dodgy deaths in the armed forces are limited to specific bullying reasons.
  6. And a couple of refs short of not being in the UK at either end...
  7. Unfortunately I get the impression their success isn't necessarily based on being left wing - it seems to fit the pattern of just being a vote for change against the status quo in the same way brexit was. Only thing that makes me think I could be wrong is the bias towards youth In the vote makeup.
  8. It's a bit sad when someone goes down the road of marrying and having kids rather than being really honest - seems unfair on his family even if there's a lot of love there. I used to work with a bloke who did the same but went further in leaving his family for a bloke. Maybe it's more truthful to describe himself as bi.
  9. Thought he was on about 50k tbh. A Pardew classic.
  10. Warren is considered to the left of everyone apart from Sanders but she's faded in the primary polls from her best position a couple of months ago. Obviously I'd prefer Sanders but realistically the next best is Warren. As I said I wouldn't be surprised if Bloomberg gets it.
  11. Having said all that a lot of polls suggest Sanders would be the best bet against Trump - but that's now before the campaign really starts.
  12. A socialist, a gay vacuum, a beige corporate shrill or Warren who seems okay but I don't enough about to define - what could go wrong? Using my West Wing knowledge I reckon Bloomberg will try and buy the conference with the backing of the DNC.
  13. Yes but He frightens me sometimes with how casual he is - I think he thinks he's still playing with better players.
  14. Do they still use them for kids rides on the beach? Suppose he could carry bricks in the mountains of Morocco or wherever those adverts are set.
  15. Dogma is a fantastic film. Maybe helps if you're a cynical ex-catholic.
  16. Did the so call red wall voters care about Blairs unfettered immigration? I'd say probably not much when that can be overridden by a general feeling of trust which is where Corbyn failed.
  17. I did mutter a "get in" when I saw those cunts are bottom of League 2 - there's nowt like a good football grudge.
  18. Understandable - though why would the IRA want to kill him if he wasn't involved in criminality? Doesn't excuse it of course.
  19. Do they still advocate armed struggle that side of the border? Just wondering why they're still pariahs for the other two.
  20. The polling I saw showed a parallel with the UK in that young people are mainly voting SF and older voters are sticking with the two old/main parties. I'd always got the impression that the two old parties are like a lot of countries where there are two very centrist parties who very rarely try anything radical - maybe young support for SF shows that the next generation do want change.
