    Went for a swim earlier this morning - gym has sorted it quite well with a booking system to limit numbers. Absolute heaven to get back in the water for the first time since the end of February. Don't fancy the gym yet but a whiff of normality.

    Thing is even if the masks were fine it still stinks but their usefulness seems to be the story. Basically they gave their mate the contact details of a Chinese factory and then gave him 150m for an order that would actually cost 120m - just to cream off money to a mate.

    I wonder if the Reubens could increase their stake to 41% meaning PIF were to be minority shareholders - a bit simplistic but I'm sure they could work out the money later - I'm sure other corporate deals have convenient structures.

    I still don't see how they bought those rights with the assumption they could sell packages in ksa without the Saudi's say so and without their right to ban them which they've now seemingly done. Surely that's up to the Saudis as there's no EU type cross country organisation.

    If that's correct and they don't like the "structure" that suggests to me they don't like the prospect of a large influx of money and I reckon as I said before it's pressure from the "big" clubs.

    I watched a good documentary about him on Sky Arts a few years ago and after showing how fucked he was by acid it was good to see a reasonably happy old man at the end who could still play guitar like a good'un. RIP.

    I read something early on which suggested other clubs has objected - presumably the "rich" ones like Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool who don't like the idea of a bigger sugar daddies than theirs being allowed in. It wouldn't surprise me at all if this was a factor given the influence of these clubs in the past.
