Im trying to help my mate and im way out of my depth shes been sent a video clip from her daughter. But cant open the file to view it. She has the latest windows media player, i suggested she try real player or quicktime, but shes tried that. This is the error message she gets: C00D1199: Cannot play the file Windows Media Player cannot play the file. My son has got the sony ericsson k500i. Its a really top phone, takes excellent, clear photos and the video is good. I think i'll get the k700i myself, basically its not much different from the k500, cept more space.
