funny you should say that....... tell you what though, I love "Oliver"- top musical film type thingy I'm a strict advocate of law and order, and frankly I find your glorification of a criminal both offensive and upsetting. * retreats to moral high ground * As a Deaths Head Moth enthusiast, I find your avatar insulting to the species. Since they have no vocal chords,I feel i must speak on their behalf and request that you remove the background filth forthwith. Otherwise I'll go crying to the mods like a pissy little Bairn Fuck off you moth lover Have you not enjoyed the pleasure of those silky wings?

How so? I really can't be arsed to register on that board, the last time my tiny little mind was corrupted by some gynaecological photos toonraider put up.

just saying folk shouldn't judge or presume on here I never have, nor have I been abusive and confrontational in a serious way. Danny b should wind his neck in on matters be knows fuck all about. I come on here for the banter and a laugh; I only wind up those who can take it- even wacky understands that. I'm not Here to preach to others don't think anyone else should. There's a difference in having an opinion and expressing it, but you shouldn't judge others till you've walked on their shoes. But that's just my opinion. The kids a 'A' grade knacker. People just having a laugh then this morbid 4 x 2 cunt comes in and starts judging people, another thread fucked by him. Danny, do us all a favour and fuck right off or at least stay in the nufc forum so people can get a bit of rest bite from you......wanker! Your av is currently under scrutiny by Dannybernstein in another thread.

You had a point with the flag. You can get fucking stuffed if you think we're changing everything on this forum just to suit you though... And therein lies your problem. You either make the same rules for everyone or ditch them all together. Wacky and the other fellas avatars are more offensive than anything Stevie has been quoted on. So what are you going to be? A board free of r@cism, or a board free to do / say what they please. Somewhere in between as previously stated. As Alex alludes too perhaps we should close the Films thread seeing as there's quite a few in there that dramatises the second world war and what went on. The flag choices are something we as the admin can control. We're not about to vet avatar choices on an individual basis. Steve (who had the Bosnich one) would have been chosen as it is representative of the fact that: 1) He's an Aussie 2) He f*cking detests Spurs Perhaps you should take it up with the British press for publishing it in the first place? Course if you have a problem with that you can always go and post somewhere else. Do me a favour, are you sure you don't work in comet? So if he hates spurs its ok posting up pro n@zi imagery? A film about the war can't even be compared. You would have to be brain dead to think it did. The British press printed it to lambaste the idiot and rightly so, Steve / Wackys avatars are there purely to cause offence. Pure unadulterated ignorance. I'm getting sick to fucking death of your "I'm whiter than white, me" attitude. If you don't like how do things around here, piss off. Jezuz fuck Craig you've got the patience of a saint.

what flag? Yours.... it's pirateist. what flag? The N@zi (sic) one. Alex explain it slowly to me. Is it a flag I had, is it my avatar? What the fuck is this thread turning into. I have never called for someone to be banned but this fucker. No, it's the little flag under your avatar. The Nazi one was a choice because it was initially given to people like Ally who were also mods on N-O. I.e. taking the piss out of them for being 'nazis' - i.e. the strict rules and bannings over there. There was absolutely nothing offensive in its intention. That was always my understanding. Losing that flag has now somehow undercut the richness and history of this board. Shame. Aren't swashstikas illegal in Jormany? What are you, the first of the fourth Reich? Dey whitewash da history innit? Don't mention the war etc....

You had time to answer there though I notice So why even make the comparison with the film thread? I made a tongue-in-cheek reference to The Producers as a joke. Seeing as Mel Brooks is Jewish (and to anyone who's seen the film) I thought that would have been obvious that it wasn't a serious point. However, I'll ask you this - why do you think it's ok for Stevie to say stuff on the grounds that 'he doesn't mean it and it's only to wind people up' yet think these avatars are off limits? They're obviously just to wind you up imo. And they've worked. Looking forward to the ans.

Love the way they combined it with atheists dumb fucks. Seems reasonable, unless you think Jediism really is a religion. Believing in an external force (for good) clearly ain't atheism is it? Sorry, I thought Jediism related to the ficticious Star Wars series created by George Lucas. My bad. Bit like the bible then. You dopey cunt. Think we've had this discussion before, but I'd argue that Star Wars is even more demonstrably false. I guess it depends on your definition of religion, but taking your sugggestion to the obvious conclusion, is everything a religion if we say we believe in it? Do you seriously think we should put down Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster or Templars of the Pink Unicorn as equally valid options? Or do we just accept 'Jedis' are in fact a bit sad? People like to believe in made up things. Let them have the freedom to do so is all I say yo! Aye, but do you really expect The Office for National Statistics to cater for everyone, yo? Isn't it easy to categorise people into christian nutters, muslim nutters, etc, and other nutters? Down with the office of national spactics!!

I thought it was for all us St Pauli supporters! Oh and danny just because you haven't been told yet today, fuck off you stupid, pathetic cunt.

Conformity for all. We are not talking conformity Fop, just common courtesy. That's what they all say.... You really don't get it do you Fop? Fop just feels for the victims of piracy and the undue suffering allowing the Jolly Roger to be displayed causes.

"Another season, another whitewash. Or, at least, a whitewash with a big red cross of St George in it and some red and yellow representing Catalonia floating dangerously around the edges. Europe tipped its collective hat to the Barclays Premier League yesterday after, for the third consecutive year, three English clubs reached the Champions League semi-finals. The final will have at least one English participant for the fifth successive season. This feat is a once-in-a-decade phenomenon that seems to coincide with a period of unquestioned dominance. The last league to do it was Serie A, when seven Italian clubs reached the final between 1992 and 1998. Before that, English sides reached six consecutive finals between 1977 and 1982, Dutch clubs managed it for five years between 1968 and 1973, and Spanish sides reached the final for seven consecutive seasons, from 1956 to 1962. It is hard to question this kind of dominance, unthinkable to chalk it up to freak results. The Premier League is clearly ahead, at least in terms of depth, and money has a lot to do with it. But it is not the only thing that matters, Eduardo Suárez suggested in El Mundo, the Spanish newspaper. “The origins of the supremacy lie with their economic means, but that alone cannot explain everything,” he wrote. “The culture and mentality of the clubs also matter, as does planning. There is more patience in England than in Spain, less urgency about getting instant results. Managers like [sir Alex] Ferguson, [Rafael] Benítez and [Arsene] Wenger would not have survived the pressure to win instantly that afflicts the big Spanish clubs.” The “money” argument was also dispelled to some degree in the French press. Writing in L’Equipe, Ángel Marcos, the former Nantes striker turned pundit, pointed out the success of Villarreal and Porto, clubs with relatively modest means, in reaching the quarter-finals. Marcos maintained that the annual budgets of Villarreal and Porto — £65 million respectively — are not out of line with those of the bigger French clubs such as Lyons (£128 million), Marseilles (£75 million) and Bordeaux (£57 million). And yet, he wrote, Villarreal and Porto achieved some measure of success, whereas the French clubs have not." Rest of very good article here.. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/foo...icle6108213.ece For me a big part is how long Fergie and Wengie have been at their respective clubs.

Yep. I was desperately trying to insert it in my profile a minute, or so, ago, only to find it had gone.
