  1. Hard to believe they play the same sport as us, I barely recognised it Supreme. Control, pass, move, control, pass, move, it'll never catch on They should try our style. Control (just about), misplace the pass, stand still, realise there's no point in moving anyway since the donkey you passed to fell over, pick up your hefty wage packet The wage packet is probably what slows em down.
  2. Not to mention the disgraceful 'challenge' by Scholes late on. Was he smiling as the ref spoke to him?

  4. Ronaldo again showing his petulance and lack of big game temperament.
  5. Are you taking the piss? North Korea do this all the time; they hold the economic powers to ransom when they start running low on oil, rice or cognac for their dear leader. But of course now they obviously have upped the stakes by acquiring nukes (officially now anyway and albeit only 2 or 3 of them) and have been lobbing missiles over Japan. If Japan eventually do change their war renouncing constitution NK won't have the balls to do that anymore. Japan are even talking about expanding and then exporting their own military hardware (to its allies only), something which was taboo not that long ago, and they have designs for their own next generation stealth fighters. Japan also have enough weapons grade fissile material to have a stockpile of nukes greater than that of America's. Perhaps Japan should convert some of this material into nukes to shut NK up and also to keep China at a distance when they eventually become that region's superpower. But I digress. A lot of the sabre-rattling being done now comes down to the fact South Korea have a very anti-NK government in power. Little Kimmie (NK's dear leader) feels threatened by this which explains all the war rhetoric over the past week. Plus of course he wants his luxury goods. Much will depend on how far China would back NK. Being an economic powerhouse now I doubt they would want to threaten that due to hostilities caused by a little parasitic mad man. The United States have their hands tied (in a manner of speaking) since China basically owns America's very large debt. Personally I am not concerned that this will escalate into anything very serious. Because if Kimmie were to bomb downtown Seoul or fire missiles at Tokyo, as wacko as he is, even he would know that he would be blown off the face of the planet. Negotiations, negotiations, negotiations are what will happen here. Kimmie will get his little goodies, SK will back off a bit and the rhetoric will disappear... until when Kimmie next runs out of goodies. Well perhaps you're right, but to paraphrase you, the notion that 'a little parasitic mad man' is armed with nuclear weapons and has the capability to deliver them to his (absolutely detested) enemies, or sell them to terrorists to get his 'western goodies', is of concern to me strangely enough! Clueless.
  6. He needs to get the key assurances. The less time we spend in the lower tier the better. Fingers crossed.
  7. "Pace and Power". Like we haven't needed it for ages.
  8. If people eat noisily near me I make loud fake eating noises till they shut up. I am ready to kill popcorn people.
  9. Well Stevie misses him anyway.

  11. The two volleys he missed against Pompey and Villa says it all.
  12. Needs to get this sorted or god only knows what awaits us.
  13. I love you too much to show you up.
  14. At £10m I don't think 35 goals in 3 seasons is a fair return tbh. That's less than 12 a year man! Without a midfield that ain't bad.
  15. It's a game of opinions isn't it. Your usual trick of pretending I said something hasn't worked. Point me to the shit I've spouted please. You don't understand football. The shit you spouted ----------> You said that Ferguson has a flaw at this level. <--------- The shit you spouted You know Parky, one day you'll give up on these lost causes. Did he get outplayed by a team with half its defence missing or not? Did Rooney play the whole game out in Siberia somewhere or not? Was Giggs and Park ineffective or not? Could Barca have had 4/5 or not?

The shit you spouted ----------> You said that Ferguson has a flaw at this level. <--------- The shit you spouted Why don't you look up his record in the comptition as a whole? The club with the biggest budget in world football. And the meaning of the word flaw. Even Mozart had flaws don't mean he's shit.

  18. Not really, just totally out thought and outplayed. The did their usual PL things, but at this level against these it isn't really enough. I still maintain AF has a flaw at this level. Parky man, you don't half talk an awful lot of shite. He's won the fucking thing twice. There are many variables Gemma. AF was absolutely out thought tonight. Barca owned the middle of the park and made Man U play round the side. Starting Park and Giggs was a blunder IMO. To say that Ferguson isn't good enough for this level is total bollocks. He'll lose games at this level, as anyone will, but he is at the absolute pinnacle of his field. He's not some knacker who gets found out at a certain level. I didn't say he isn't good enough ginge...I said he had a flaw. Read first eh. Yes and I pointed out that for a bloke with a flaw, he's won the fucking thing twice, and turns up in the latter stages a canny bit. So I think it's pretty clear that you're talking shite. Not really. They were comprehnesively outplayed and AF reacted with Tevez (tying to regain the middle). Should have started Tevez. With their budget they should be in and around the final virtually every year. Silly attack when its clear you don't know what you're on about.

  22. The thing Man U didn't really know what to do. Fergie for me made some blunders tonight with selection.
