When's it out on X-Box? -
They'd prefer it didn't transfer to the home. It's basically an anti-piracy measure. Fish wouldn't dream of downloading Avatar because the 2D version isn't the film. The director says you have to see it 3D to see it properly....and rather than being £6.50....you have to pay £9.50....but you can't keep the glasses or anything and pay £6.50 next time....you have to pay more because they need new projectors and that....not because they'll be showing 3D films for years....but because they'll be showing digital films for years....but digital is lower quality than film.....so they can't exactly charge more for a poorer picture....but it saves the studios money when they make the film and add effects....so we're getting it whether we like it or not....and funding it. You think anti-piracy measures (that just happen to help rake in more investment) are a bad thing? Why don't you have done with it and suck my cock? "One swallow doesn't make a spring".

+1 My thoughts exactly. I don't buy into the Ashley/Moat cahoots thing. I'm paranoid ... but not that paranoid. © Parky -

Once at college when discussing a painting I was heard to remark, "Can't really do it with these colours man"... After fixing a friends amp: "It's fine, just don't turn it on". Silly things you catch yourself saying.

The live version on '101' is fucking mint. This saga has "Blasphemous Rumours" as it's soundtrack (which is mint on 101 as well). -
There really are some appalling cunts over there. It's a shame the way it's gone, there used to be some decent posters on there. Mainly posters from on here, I hasten to add Some shameful shit on that first page.

Signing Lovenkrands on a free is a no-brainer, but sadly so is our owner so don't expect it to happen anytime soon! The guy will cost nothing, has alrady played here so knows his teammates, was doing a half decent job in the divison above and has pace which we sorely lack. And our squad is woefully short even before the injuries start to hit, so we have to get him on board. Unless he was on silly wages it was ridiculous to let him go.

Re: the bit in bold, surely it's the same reason any trailer is put out, to raise awarness of the film? I suppose I just think people are all to quick to barrack something that's a little bit new. I don't think Cameron'll have got it perfect. I do think it'll open the doors to other film-studios to unleash their creative promise onto this new type of film. I'm not expecting this film to be much other than an experiment with new technology. So I won't dismiss the film on the back of the trailer, simply because I'm not expecting great performances or insightful storyline, certainly not from Cameron. I won't judge the look of the film on the back of the trailer either. meh, I'm going to see it, to see how they've improved the 3D stuff, if anything else entertains me, it' a bonus. I started the thread because I expect so much more of Cameron. I'm a huge fan. Terminator and Terminator 2 were fantastic, not just because of the effects but because of the story they told, which didn't pander to studio demographics with war for the lads and romance for the lasses. 3D has been in the experimental stage for years and still hasn't been used to improve a story in any way. Cameron is the one that took CGI and showed what was possible. Used sparingly on T2 it was breathtaking. It convinced Spielberg he could make Jurassic park, and Kubrick that AI could work (if he had lived). I don't believe 3D will ever make that much of an impact, but if it could, I had hoped Cameron would be the one to show us....it was disappointing to see the kind of film he thinks will win people over. I'm glad the trailer looks dodgy, it separates the men from the boys. Nobody alive but Cameron can make this film work and it will work.

Exactly. A decent owner with brains wouldn't have got us relegated, we'd still have had KK (or a decent boss of their choice) there, instead of being in complete turmoil and would be looking good, not saying we'd be world beaters, but they wouldn't have to have spent more money than ashley, just not been a complete fuckwitt. I've no idea what Moat's plans and finaces are if he should takeover, but you have to believe he will be better than ashley and as Matt said if you get the fans back, you get more money in, not the billions we'd all love, but it still helps. Not sure Moat has the funds to buy the club outright (unless he borrows it). I have a feeling he will be a major investor, taking a share in the club. The way things are going with a little intelligence and tinkering we can get out of this league first time. Looking forward to a bit of solidarity. -
