Strangely I've noticed the best time to actually think calmly is the first half hour after waking.

True but someones tried to do a David Buust on me today. I've been thinking of going it alone, but it's difficult in this climate. I only know four people on here personally, and I don't know about anyone else, but does anyone else occasionally get consumed by stress, where they can't switch off? Alex knows the details but I've been under massive stress for about 4 weeks now. I try and take it one day at a time and when panic or fear hits me I go for a walk or call a friend. Sleeping has been poor so I try and keep busy and make sure I'm tired in the evenings. Talk things through with someone you trust. I took two breaks one on a farm and another in the French countryside with friends to get away from the day to day scenario's which tend to make one feel trapped. When I feel I'm getting pulled down I try and focus on the future rather than the godawful present. Good luck mate and remember you are much stronger than you realise.
