But this Turkish before English thing has really shocked/angered me.....English is by a country mile more important for German nippers than Turkish imo. Can't say I agree with this like. The Turkish are the immigrant population, the onus should be on them to integrate into the German system, including their language. Reminds me of my mate whose 7 year old son came back from school with some bollocks children's book about little Mohammed getting his head stuck in the Mosque gates. How is this remotely relevant to Cullercoats? I'm no Daily Mailist but shit like that really is leftist propaganda (which in turn fuels the far right) and has no place in the UK curriculum imo.
