But Moat never met the asking price. I thought he had and Seymour Price advised Ashley to accept it? Sure I read somewhere that he only offered £70 million up front when Ashley wanted £80. That and a further £40 million worth of add ons. So he turned down the £10mil defeicit and immediately put £20mil into the club. Genius! More than likely because he thinks he can get more for us when promoted. It just won't happen though, simply because if his gamble pays off and we do get promoted the club is going to need massive investment on the first team to even compete in the Premiership. He's not much of a thinker really.

Firstly, I am probably the least likely to do anything about this, but my 2p worth is that there has to be a demonstration of some kind, whether it peters out is not important, what is important is that people show some unity and some action - whatever guise that takes.

That we spend a lot of time running away from ourselves and forget to fix the most important thing - YOU. That we are all on a journey of which we if blessed are vaguely aware from time to time. That nothing is constant and everything changes over time. That once you see the way the light hits the water and a clear sky at dawn, you feel alone, but the universe is crying out a message and to understand that we must be still and bring the silence inside. That when we feel all is lost, the simplest discovery can bring joy and the meaning of that moment is not as important as being aware of its gift.
