In my mind there is an ethical limit to what you pay for a bike...About £200.
-
The weight of th world on his shoulders took him down in the end.
-
Actully G is looking much sexier since he lost that weight.
-
Frankly if you spend 2.5 k on a bike you deserve to have it stolen.

Did you mean to post the Sicko trailer I've still not seen Capitalism like. It's good. One of the best bits is when Reagan is making a speech and the bloke standing next to him (chairman of Merrill Lynch) tells him to "speed up"...Spine chilling how controlled he was by the bankers and money men. Of course the biggest de-regulator of all time Reagan. Err it's available from the usual sources now.

Stopped the bank re-selling it. I know that. Stop playing up then. -
Always money to bail out the banks tho eh?

So the democratic promise of a public option, which they used as a platform to get elected, was a lie.....which is all the article is saying. No comment is made on the rights or wrongs of that public option. That fat bloke has a new film out that explains how all this works.

MOSCOW, Ohio – An Ohio man says he bulldozed his $350,000 home to keep a bank from foreclosing on it. Terry Hoskins says he has struggled with the RiverHills Bank over his home in Moscow for years and had problems with the Internal Revenue Service. He says the IRS placed liens on his carpet store and commercial property and the bank claimed his house as collateral. Hoskins says he owes $160,000 on the house. He says he spent a lot of money on attorneys and finally had enough. About two weeks ago he bulldozed the home 25 miles southeast of Cincinnati. Messages were left for the bank and its attorney. IRS spokeswoman Jodie Reynolds said individual taxpayer information is private and federal law prevents her from commenting. -
I can see that has confused everyone.

"A British company, Desire Petroleum, has hired the rig to drill prospects in the North Falkland basin and will later lease it to two other British companies and an Australian one – Rockhopper, and Falklands Oil and Gas; and BHP Billiton – which also have exploration contracts. They will use the rig in rotation throughout 2010." It needs to be worked out who's going to benefit from this. Are the soldiers who die to save Tax haven based oil companies arses going to get shares? Is Britain actually going to benefit in a concrete manner and I'm not talking 3p on the barrel etc...IMO we shouldn't be out there fighting for oil which isn't going to benefit us at all. It's time Govt stopped doing the fighting for big business. If BP want oil there or Rockhopper let them fight for it. People get so easily drawn into this kind of shit with no idea if it actually will benefit us in any concrete way whatsoever.

I guess if Jonas was called up his shooting would pose minimal danger to our boys.
-
I think similarly back then it was a military junta starting a war to save their own skin / raise their popularity. Ironically they did just that for Thatcher. I'm not sure what their claim is though beyond it being relatively close to them. Anyway, if there's oil there, can't the locals just get Blackwater or someone like that to look after their interests? Bloody locals!11
-
Depends how good the oil is and how easy it will be extract and transport. Takes about 10 years to prove and tap a field anyhow...It will be all over before that.
-
It's all about light and dark apparently.
-
What actually is the point of all these gizmos?
-
It's pointless getting drawn into all this shit. Just look at the sun rising in the morning and have a nice coffee and Marlboro light.

Always be maximising, the minute you stop swimming you drown...Or summink....

He is deffo an interesting character, but isn't trained in and formal science or anything of the kind. He has his fans. Project Avalon is a good catchall of all these characters and indeed some are later exposed as having other agendas or simply a bit nutty etc...It has become a field where one can make a lot of money from talks/websites/dvd's etc.. Disclosure has already begun if you keep an eye out. Are ufo's visiting our planet? Yes. Are they good or bad? Both. If we are to move to a group 1 civilisation from a group 0 it will come down to how we handle the next step. "They" will put up a fight.......So this won't be easy. The Norway spiral isn't a rougue Russian missile, but the jury is out on what it actually is....For sure there is a lot o wierd magnectic things going on with our planet and the sun. There have been many launches over the last few years of things to just watch the sun....Two telescopes owned by the Vatican ONLY watch the sun. Some of the things he talks about are definately interesting and there are many on the fringes who have done various experiments in things like the role of water (water can carry mutlitudes of information, during the atomic tests they found water molecules had been changed almost planet wide as if they had picked up a vibration form the water that had been vaporised near ground zero etc)..Universal consciousness and dark matter, the causal link of our holographic universe and ideas that the universe is alive is all good stuff... He talks about a lot of films from Conact to The Last Mimzy as being teasers of the alien technology we already have. Always thought Carl Sagan knew a lot more than he let on. Got any links on some of this disclosure? After Oh Banana reveals he's Ahkanatten, the rest will fall into place.
