Mysterious deaths of 9/11 witnesses....

Project Phoenix Illumin8. This project was one a codex that was issued to everybody who worked on the within the program. This involved taking a human subject and augmenting his body to the point of mutilation, it was a sister program to project talent. January 2006 They took young strong subjects boys in their teens from all over North America, after the subjects had been drugged and tagged, “Tag” electronically branded with seven biological transmitters, and three coding serials. After that the subjects were prepared for surgery, this included placing biologically organic computer components’ into the subjects body, we took microchips that self stimulated electromagnetic growth, around the codes of the subjects DNA, this was extremely taxing and time consuming. But was a necessity so as not to create an auto immune conflict within the host. After the DNA had been chipped, it was time to augment the vital organs, we placed wired enhancers that were stimulated and powered buy the human bodies own static, and we have enough static in our bodies to power a locomotive train. So we augmented the heart, the liver, the spleen every subject’s appendix was removed, as a compound designated KTL white, that was injected twice a day for two months solved all biological problems, in some case’s kidneys and liver were replaced with better units, we cloned vital organs in special growth hypo baric chambers, not hard at all just not professionally ethical, The units had augmented and enhanced biological organs, that were also chipped, but growing them using the hosts DNA and nanotechnology, these microcells can repair tissue rapidly on contact, they can heal a cut that needs stitches in a matter of hours. But scar tissue is not repairable. Jonathan C.... was one of the leading surgeons and he kept a log that I have included in the documentation that you will receive, but he talks of the problems surrounding the units. I also saw firsthand the psychological issues the units dealt with, when they were activated they would often just cry, or walk in circles and rock back and forth, the brain could not handle the electrical outputs of the various devices and implants and it also messed with motor skills of the unit. On paper these guys were the fastest and strongest humans we have, in theory they were emotional wrecks with no idea who they were or what they were. This was the start of my turn against the system as they were all in the ages of 17 and 18 years old, they were just babies, young men that were tortured.

eh? i didnt start this particular track of conversation and i didnt cite those countries. Renton did. He asked me a question to which i answered. I never for one moment held them up as a shinig example for why the UK should leave the eu. tbh, I'm not that bothered by the countries mentioned. however i do know for an absolute fact that this countrys NET spend to the eu is £40.5 billion per annum. Thats £40.5 billion which could be spent on things like the NHS for example. I also know that we are a NET importer of goods (ie we buy more material goods than we sell). therefore the eu would be stupid in the extreme to take a huff and stop selling us things. and even if by some miracle the eu did decide to stop selling us stuff then theres always the far east markets who would gladly take its place in terms of selling us stuff. at least they (the asians) wouldnt pretend we're all the same because of geographics. iirc Germany's last year was 30 billion euro. sounds like an awful lot of germans are being screwed by their socialist masters. little wonder that nationalism is on the rise across the rich nations of europe. All Govt's are set up to fail the people perpetually.

Looks like we are entering the pattern. Think about saving yourselves. It's either the return of the dark shadow (brown dwarf twin of our sun) 3.600 year orbit or something to do with our magnetic field and us coming into line with the galactic center. Either way the authoraties won't tell us or don't really know. The Pentagon and the Vatican are definately aware what it is, they won't say either. Watch the skies my friends...

I'd think that was rubbish Parky. Americans (on average) are amongst the biggest consumers of healthcare in the world, they spend twice as much as their GDP on healthcare as we do (with no better results). I would think rationalizing their system to something resembling the NHS or most other European countries would result in massive job losses. Not that that would be a bad thing, particularly for the middle men. Seems a bit strange you're advocating this anyway giving your views on medicine? They spend more on healthcare as per gdp cause they don't know what they're doing.

Tbf they take the piss with those whales in those tiny tanks...

Such dimwits the yanks, they could create a half a million jobs by expanding state sponsored (free at source) healthcare to the masses. Pretend healthcare is like a war and put hospitals down instead of tanks and missiles, buy into the economy and drive the money supply with jobs. Bulkbuy drugs from around the world thus driving down costs and terrorising the pharma cartels. [/Parky/Lenin]

If you own 100% of a company and loan it money on favourable terms, you are bearing all the risk and reward of that loan- really it is equity. Its a more tax efficient way of doing it and puts you into a stronger claim on the assets in event of administration or liquidation, but whether Ashley creates more shares in the club or puts it in as a loan the effect on the business is broadly the same. A buyer valuing the business would do so on the basis that these loans are nil and would factor the lower debt figure when valuing the club. You would always assume that shareholder loans would be dealt with as part of the overall sale price. Considering the amount on-loaned from SJHL to NUFC the loans are worth more than NUFC as a business unit (ie NUFC is negative equity) and it's hard to see that situation being resolved any time soon. So Ashley can't expect the loans to be repaid for a lower value of his shares- he'd have to be paying someone for taking the shares off him in that scenario! Your post is quite hard to follow, but I think I can see what you're saying now. If the value of the club is less than the shareholder loan, then no purchaser is going to repay the loan and buy the shares. I can follow that (if I've got that right); in my post above I was assuming that the worth of the club would be more than the shareholder loan, so you just repay the loan as part of the deal to buy the shares. If the shares are worth less than the loan, then any purchaser would demand that it's capitalised or written off as part of the deal, I can see that. Untill we get promoted the clubs worth jack shit that's all you need to know.

Personally if you keep these things trapped in a tank for years, sooner of later they will crack. "Yeah the whale...like you know..It jumped...you know it was showcking..shaaaking...we didn't know what was going ahhn".

It's a real shame we got relegated recently with such small interest rates of late.
