I honestly think Ben Arfa would have got us 2 or 3 more wins at home because he was made for those games, the ones where we're not in good form or struglling to break down stubborn negative teams, he would provide that moment of magic, or just do something to lift the crowd and his team and get us going. There just isn't enough quality in the side to take advantage of periods of battering. I think if Nolan was having a better game, he'd have put that chance away. Carroll is certainly good enough to win games as well; I actually thought Joe Hart was class today, that weird fuck-up with Enrique's cross aside. Thought he came out and collected the ball really well and it basically limited us. If Gutierrez had a final ball, he would have battered them today. I'm absolutely fucking sick of Guti and his non-crossing. He gets about 1in 5 right. Not good enough in these games at this level I'm afraid.
