They can see everything either by your ip address or your router protocols and everything that comes down is logged against that number. They can't be arsed to look that is true, but if they were asked to look by someone they would have it all on record, the amounts and where from and the nature of the content (They wouldn't know the actual content unless they were keeping a log of sites visitied). Even if you stuff is encrypted they can tell what kind of stuff it is if not the exact nature of the content, different kinds of ports and (their routers need to know this to assign traffic). They also record the ip of where it is coming from. If we're getting into SECURE SERVERS then you'll have to ask Ant cause the level of encryption is high enough to make the data illegible. Then they are only guessing at the nature of it by the type of traffic. IMO all digital traffic is transparent and they know everything about you that you do online if they WERE INTERESTED IN YOU. They aren't really that interested at this moment in time, but they might be in the future. Especially if it is another way to make more money from your habits.
