I felt a little let down by it. I didn't think it was possible to feel let down by a Hollywood blockbuster any more. Certainly better than any that spring to mind from the last 5 years. I've not seen The Escapist though, so don't know what kind ogf benchmark the director had set. Don't get me wrong there were some nice toches like when he draws 'the window' in his little cage on the wall. Great idea. This kind of film really needs an epic landscape if you know what I mean...Too may interiors and close ups...etc... Needed to get the ape out into the wild somehow...(Just thinking aloud)..

Used to work with a bloke who suped up his golf and used to go on and on about 'track days' and so on...On futher questioning it turned out it was 12mph faster than the average golf...

Yeah it's more the after effects rather than the migraine itself tbh... When I have a migraine its really is the full works with the aura and everything, but this is more the after effects I'm experiencing today. In all honesty I dont remember having the migraine attack as I woke up like this, I'm guessing i had it in my sleep which is a new one for me I would be quite tempted to lie down and sleep for a bit but unfortunately at work, so I'm trying to find a way of getting my brain functioning properly as I can't concentrate and even inputting stuff on a spreadsheet is baffling me lol! I've tried food and coffee but neither seems to be helping Have you changed your routine drastically in any way recently?

That's a phenomenal intake of calories. My best mate who's half Indian reckons the best way to lose weight is to go touring in India for 3 months. He's a bit of a fatty - naturally so - but he was thin as stick when he came back from the sub continent. Didn't take him long with beer and pizza to pile it back on mind you. Yup happenned to my mate John as we tourned Northern India. Think he was losing half a kg a day or summink.. Still rember him running past the guest house (needed a shit bad) and then running back up the hill with that sour 'I've shit me pants' look on his face...
