Honestly, someone needs to speak to that woman Tonight is the first night in months that I've bathed the bairn because Himself worked late. He normally does bath and bedtime because he hasn't seen the bairn all day. She's German mate. Efficency is not so much a watchword as genetically primed. I've got it so that I appear lax in dealings with the bairn, as in soft - thus propogating an overly maternal instinctive protective response from the frauline. Procedure is, speak to his form teacher then the headmistress to resolve it, if still un-resolved ask for their complaints procedure and write to the board of governors. Want an appointment with the headmistress tomorrow or Friday to see what they say and if I don't think its satisfactory I'll be following the above procedures. Yeah pay lip service to the 'procedure' but find the route to do maximum damage and collataral damage. With the bullying thing I was shaking when I spoke to her teacher and the playground monitor...I spoke to the other girls father and generally put it about that the world would end if there was any repeat. The main thing in these situations is that you feel good inside that you did all you could. That's my rule of thumb. P
