  1. Carroll just looks confused these days if the ball goes near him and his ponytail.
  2. Has he got a black grandad though? Fuck knows who drafted LFC's response but parts of it were as ill advised as Suarez's 'defence' in the case. Mixed race people are amongst the worst offenders for using racist language in my personal experience so who gives a fuck if Suarez has got a black granddad I know mixed race lads who'll happily slag whites despite the fact their own mothers are white. Thick as fuck. Not racists in the pure sense I spose but twatful in exactly the same way as Suarez nonetheless. Actually there is some scientific data lying around somewhere that mixed race people have the best of both gene sets or summink.
  3. Where eagles dare Guns of Navarone The Great escape Bridge Kwai It's a wonderful life Trading places.
  4. This time it's different. Fergie put his full weight behind this.
  5. Has he got a black grandad though?
  6. Get in! Hopefully the appeal will descend into a fiasco and games and fines will be added.
  7. Pards is gonna say that Ben Afra has lost it...What else could he say?
  8. All well and good as an excuse for Shola's appearance...doesn't explain to me why Best started though. Was surprised to see him getting some praise in the match thread, thought he was pretty much gash. Unsurprisingly I agree with you HF. Best added noting at all (much the same has he's been since the first few games). On Pardew saying that he thought deep crosses would work better, that would work great if Shola was any good in the air and Sammy could kick a ball with his right foot (fairly essential for someone you're wanting to put crosses in from the right!). Anyway Pardews view seems to be the complete opposite to that of everyone else watching the game! Ghostbusters are still looking for Best apparently. Miles Starforth: Ben Arfa trained 'very, very well' today ahead of #wba game, according to Pardew. But he added he needs to 'come up a level' in games. #nufc God give me strength. This is your last fukin warning pards before I unleash killer threads of doom on ya.
  9. On loan while Ba is away: Yes. As a swap + cash deal for Tiote: No.
  10. We created some chances in the first half, although I wouldn't say many of them are what you could call 'clear cut' chances. For example, when we got beat off Blackpool at home last season, we created a lot of 'clear cut' chances and their keeper made some really good saves. I really don't remember that yesterday, and Ba made some of his chances out of nothing. After about 55 minutes, we went a bit flat and it was obvious that we needed a change in both personnel and style. Agree with that. Also Cabaye was too deep and it isn't the first time. When Tiote is playing Cabye has to be instructed to come late into the box when we have the ball in positive space. There was one cutback from Oberruns which was screaming for a late oncoming midfielder...
  11. Of course that's what we all hope to see all the technical qualities of HBA against Man City and United he showed us his talent against WBA then there's no reason it is not decisive Ben Afra était mon joueur français préféré même avant qu'il est venu à Newcastle. Mais gardez ceci un secret. You speak French very well, my friend Si vous savez votre histoire vous comprendrez qu'amour de Geordies bon attaquant le football et avez eu de bonnes expériences avec Ginola et Robert.
  12. Another with the IQ close to 0.

  14. Nice welcome, I just calmly to discuss football and you judge me without knowing me, it's sad. lol, I was not judging you, I was judging some other people on this forum you did it badly considering i'm an admin, not from geordieland and live in ireland. What you did was generalise and make yourself look stupid....again, find me a post where someone has called Pardew a tactical genius if Pardew was not a tactical genius how can he be a true managerial hero He's made mistakes this season but overall he's managed and composed a very good first half of the season from a very limited squad. That's no understatement. The real truth is that there aren't enough good players upfront to mind meld with Hatem's frequency and that Pardew has been protecting the full backs with wingers who it's clear have many defensive instructions as well. There perhaps was a change we could have gone 433 but that was before we lost Marveux for the season. Also if you want to keep Guti in the side then a flexible and fast breaking 451 is perhaps the best of all compromises, with two troublemakers with license to cause mayhem behind Ba. Even then they would have to drop off without the ball and Hatem would have to bear this in mind. I also think Pardew tries to strike a maximum HBA, but for me it is in this kind of game that could make a difference. He should HAVE STARTED against Swansea fullstop. There are some players who need pampering a bit for managers this is often a tougher call and requires a lot of patience and nous.
  15. In mitigation of Pardew the PL does take a fair bit of adapting to as it's much more physical and high tempo than any other league in Europe. It even makes the Bundesliga look pedestrian. The Bundesliga is the full attack, the scores are pretty impressive even if it means losing 5 3, for them it is not a problem In any case the Germans favored the attack, I agree that we must have a cohesion in the scheme but not be timid in the game and that Pardew for me is disappointed in his scheme of play Listen ringo I'm HBA's biggest supporter on this forum so no need to worry on that score. What I'm showing you is that the PL is more of a dangerous and complex animal with a lot of power and pace. Small sides without enough quality in depth get turned over.

In the best of all worlds and with the proper backing of a mercurial owner Shola, Best and Obertan wouldn't be starting games, but right now our options are limited.

  18. Think that's bollocks. I say this forum has a collective IQ far in advance of what nasa demands of its hunky and well tanned spacemen.
  19. Quick translation: Obertan is crap. Pardew is thick. *These two are interchangeable. Think Jonas had a good game though and was unlucky not to score.
  20. Think this season will still be good if we can freshen it up in Jan.
  21. Behave. I haven't made my ruling on Pards yet.
