Sugar makes kids brains develop better. FACT. Same with telly. Sugar + Telly = more dendrites. -
Think Wenger is very keen on him mind.

I sense a tremor in the force.

Little worry about him and Arsenal.

Top film that. -
Torres is scum. Prancing about with his girly highlights and stamping his feet if he hasn't been given the perfect pass.

We end up in the same cyclical debate cause Pardew wants the full backs protected and won't play a narrow 433 (one incidentally in which Guti comes to life!) Pards has been successful with playing the percentage (no of balls forward to conversion ratio) so he won't change that and perhaps he shouldn't. I notice that Laudrup has the wingers tucking in as they break to make 3 forwards. We only have Hatem who can do that, Guti and Obertan don't have the game makeup to threaten in this manner. We might still be between 2 stools regarding our attacking play, but our general organisation is second to none thanks to Pards. In a lot of ways Cisse and Ba are too similar and like very similar start positions in the final attack phase. Ideally one should drop off but do these two have a good enough allround game? I don't think so. Ba has a terrible first touch and Cisse almost no inclination to link play whatsoever. Both of these are top tier finishers nothing more. It's proabably not pc to say it but I think Ba sulks when he is asked to play the AML/F role and drop off (which he has done adequately in the past). Personally with the acqusition of Anita (a really good player) I'd set up like this... .....................................Cisse................................ ...........Ba..............................................Hatem ...................................Cabaye............................... ................<----Anita/Guti................Tiote----->........................ The deep DM's protect the full back when we lose the ball and Ba and Hatem drop into midfield. Cabaye should be the withdrawn ghost playmaker/3rd midfielder who wanders. He is the link the key, he judges the game pattern and positions himself in accordance. He imo has the perfect pitch intelligence to do this. Hatem cuts in from the right and Ba from the left. When either do this the opp number makes the second striker. I suspect Pards isn't convinced by the def capabilty of either full back at this point so won't risk isolating them. In saying all that the team is light years ahead of where we were only a few years ago.

It's the core discussion point on the conspiracy sites. As it's a psyops checklist paradise. I mentioned it a couple of times in here and NO. But you tend to get a fanboy plague on yer case and it ain't worth the hassles. Bruce Wayne is the dark saviour the quintisential capitalist baron doubling as saviour like in the ole days of knights and ample bosomed bodices. When Baine says Gotham is yours to the american football crowd they cower in their own self-realisation. -
But wouldn't it looked upon as a kitsch twist?

Last sentence.

Man U and Arsenal could do with either of them as things stand. Especially with losing Song.

Same persistant issue as last year - the disconnect between a deep central midfield and the strikers. Only when Hatem wanders centrally that we look more cogent. None of the strikers seemed to want to link the attack and drop off. Needs addressing.

Gonna take a look at that. Total Recall 2012 - 3/10 Utter fukin poop. -
I know it won't be accomodated but I fantasize about Hatem (at home) playing behind a front two in a narrow 433.

Hatem was a class above and good to see Collo back. Cisse and Ba both had a strange game, they need to work out what zone they want to start in when we have the ball, if they stand too close it's far too easy to cover any of their dappy runs. In away games I really think one has to drop off (Ba used to do that a lot more). Chelsea just ran the middle the whole first half which is no surprise as they are stocked with world class talent. It looks like Pards wanted to give it a go and both strikers started high and central and we were trying to hit them earlyish..These balls don't really work against an organised back 4 and Chelsea were extra vigilant after the scare the other night. We were far more threatening and made a game of it in the second half mainly cause it looked like Hatem had a free role and everybody had stepped it up. Cisse could have done better and Ba should have scored 10 yards out. We look a bit rusty and some still look like they need a couple of games (Cisse, Cabaye). Didn't expect a win but was looking forward giving them a scare. Early days.

Sahin hasn't really lived upto the hype of 2 years ago.

Will be surprised if Giroud gets more than 10 goals. Podolski is quality ghosting in from the left. Don't know enough about Carzola.
-
Think the main reason was clubs were worried about his 'antics'. He's in the Beardo/Ginola league for me. The French side are missing out on his talent riddled as they are with innner polticking.
-
There's a question about his consistency afaik.
-
7m I think.

Nowhere near the finished article imo. Needs a full season.

Still think we'll get Debuchy and one other. MA will have his poker face on last day.
