Most expensive way to boil water ever invented.

Totally agree with all of that. We have been dealing with a shadow Govt since JFK. They nearly took out Reagan for not following script ffs! I worry for Obama in the single context of not ok-ing an Israeli strike on Iran and denying satellite telemetry and airbourne refueling for such a strike. We will see within months the full context of how far the cabal are willing to go.

Bush knew nothing in real time. You can look at the various attempts on the day to brief him and how he kept misunderstanding the information. However the intelligence community knew about a 9/11 scenario 10 years in advance when they found it on an assets laptop in Singapore. Infact on the very day there was a hijack simulation being run which caused so much confusion that Norad refused to believe the real time data putting it down to simulation inputs withing the role play scenario.

I go along with all of that apart from imo elements of military intelligence and some Govt players were complicit. The new american supremacy doc you link to is perhaps the most important doc ever comissioned and think tanked by the U.S. govt insiders and high level players. I probably diverge with you on Bush however. I don't think he was in the loop till the others were holding all the aces after the events of that day and he had no choice but to go along with the steamrollering of high impact foreign military engagement. In loose terms it was a coup. The play book of the intelligence agencies with regard to terrorists has been for a couple of decades now mostly infiltration and guiding them to targets and objectives beneficial. This will inc funding via Saudi and Pakistan and pointing them at targets in theatres where the west can actually by hook or by crook benefit. This goes right back to the early days of the Bosnian conflict and of course Afghanistan. Closer to home it was one reason the North London mosque was left open for so long and hook allowed to carry on in that manner. Basically the place was crawling with Mi6 picking up intel all over the place and leaving counter-intel as they go and the odd passport whenever needed.

It's very simple. The Saudi's are a very brutal dictatorship who have their own issues with Jihadi/fundamentalist elements within their own territory. They have always been paranoid about Iraq since the Q8 saga and also wanted to replace funding for terrorism via the hawalah money network operating out of the middle east with their own funds so they could get more control and direction over operations (that might one day be at their door).
-
Saudi money is behind half the terrorism on the planet which the americans know full well.

You and steveoxo fell for it.

Well talk some sense then. The whole no planes thing is an intelligence plant to make tinfoilers look stupid.

I'm sticking up for you here monkey heed. You meet all those types at conferances on 9/11.

I've analysed 9/11 for at least 10 years with dozens of people, veterans, pilots, scientists, architects, explosive experts - you name it. It is like you're on page one of a book I read ten years ago. Planes hit those buildings that day with terrorists onboard. However the collapse of the buildings was and is still very suspiscious. There is good data reg thermite done by some Danish scientists. Check out the building work done a few months before 9/11 on the towers and check out Silverstein doubling the insurance. The no planes thing is complete bollocks.

Pentagon was hit by a navy cruise missile. It would be too freightening to ever admit that to the american population and reveal the level of the game that day. Hence the whole farago about a plane. Hence no proper wreckage and a tiny hole.
-
In actual fact the plane element was mission critical to mobilise world opinion. The spectacle was the key. Omax and Wolfie you boys are green novices at this lark. What you should be asking is why the airforce didn't react as per concrete protocol when the transponders were turned off? Why there were dozens of distracting and obfuscating military and air defence drills going on per chance that very day? Why Cheney was in a bunker when Bush was at a school? Over the years I've been looking at 9/11 I've never changed my mind: It was a military coup from within the highest covert elements of the U.S. govt that took advantage of some rather fortunate events involving aspects of a terrorist plot. They rode the tiger and put down a marker regarding the foreign policy they wanted. It was also a message to Bush and the Pentagon that nobody was safe from them. It was well known that the Pentagon has its own air defence and missile systems. It was and is the most sophisticated co-ordinated and sophisticated defence net ever created. That something got though that is completey ridiculous.

@ wolfy If it was just a demolition why complicate the conspiracy to the extent of using the planes? Makes no sense. The number of loose ends multiplies with each plane making the conspiracy ridiculously hard to stealth. Hundreds of more people are involved inc air traffic crew, data printouts, response and countermeasures protocols....It gets mind bogglingly difficult to cover up...That's why it's pretty clear the planes were real as a simple demoliton/bomb attack is a much smaller conspiracy to cover up and still blame on the chosen enemy. Think a little bit eh?
-
Planes did hit the buildings and there were many people trapped on the upper levels, these are the facts and not a conspiracy. The only real conspiracy is who was behind the events that day. I imagine a lot of 'conspiracy sites' that talk absolute twaddle are there as a distraction from the core research and the core debate (also trying to milk a tragic event). It is known that many dozens have been put up to muddy the waters of the real researchers and the real truth movement (none of whom question the planes).

You ain't seen me roit.

You have a point news is constantly being agenda set and faked. The Guardian's coverage of Syria has been nothing short of scandalous. A paper I would have sworn by a decade ago.

Vis a vie we should be greateful we didn't lose anybody in the summer. Think he was saying it in almost every interview at one point...of course this after a summer of we wouldn't be able to stop our best players leaving if the 'right offer came in'. You can see it how you like...Wether managing expectations or not rocking the boat, but it's pretty clear to anybody paying attention he relishes his PR hijinks. -
Lot of science is bollocks tho. Can't even cure the common cold ffs! Just about every paper on the use of drugs in the management of psychiatric conditions was made up we now discover. Yeah Wolfy will know all about that for sure.

This is the crux of the matter Newcastle and Ashley is big news because we are one of the clubs that is under the spotlight and a club that has a controversial recent history with regard to all that has been going on. -
