  1. Yeah that bit in particular...Hands are clearly tied like. He should cut loose man.
  2. Rabbit in headlights stuff. Knows he can't defend the transfer policy but aware he can't criticise or he's in trouble. I wonder if it's all really worth it for him...One weird little things about the club not being able to bring players in caught my eye...Strange if you read through it again - almost as if there is something bigger going on behind the scenes. Q: It’s a tough question to ask you but is the club, as it stands, capable of making permanent signings? Pardew: 'Well ...'
  3. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2550585/Questions-Newcastles-transfer-policy-continue-mount-derby-defeat.html
  4. Chez story about his mate in the bogs and Ashley is the root of the problem. MA isn't committed enough to get some top football knowledge around him and furthermore is scared to delegate to a management team that aren't his mates.
  5. First team squad is too thin. As soon as key men are out we look clueless. Collo organising at the back and bringing the ball up to the half way line, Cabaye holding it till people are in position and Remy making ghost runs...Take those moments out of a side and it is toothless. I contend however that if Hatem had been playing regularly it would have mitigated some of those deficiencies.
  6. We can keep the ball. We've shown it recently. No idea why Cabaye leaving means we abandon it totally.
  7. Think a modern coach would make a world of difference personally. I'm not in the Pardew is total shite camp, more the he's a bit set in his ways and is resistant to embracing the passing game fully. He's had spells of making it work but jettisons it at the first sign of trouble. Weak. On this note Ole will be an interesting experiment at Cardiff cause although he's young and fresh has shown a liking for a 442 with wingers ala core ManU stylee. Putting Zaha on in the 38th min bodes well for them and shows he has balls.
  8. Did a kind of ballet move with his right leg instead putting his left foot through it.
  9. HF NO are waiting for you and your latest graphs.
  10. Just keep playing him on the right game after game and the magic will return.
  11. Clearly lacking confidence but that will come.
  12. Santon has been a liablility for ages. You like him cause he looks sexy and you fancy having cocktails with him in a sun kissed Milanese pouting parlour.
  13. We were seriously considering Poyet last year who's quite friendly with Ashley via the imp.
  14. What happens is that without our standout players, Pards cluelessness and cowardice comes to the foreground. We nicked a lot of games when Ba was here cause he scored almost any chance and also Cisse had a golden period...Hatem stole a few games single handed and recently Remy and Cabaye have been playing really well. What we saw yesterday was a team that was over anxious, disorganised and with a 19th century game plan. The very recent phenomena of a passing game has been consigned to history I'm afraid.
  15. True Geordie got everything right in that. Made that pint glass look tiny as well. Honestly think 11 of him would have done better today or put half of them in hospital anyway..../Souness Don't think French/Italian/Dutch players really like getting amongst it tbh...Looked scared and bewildered.
  16. With the situation we're in it's time to start giving the youguns games, especially Haidara.
  17. Have been impressed with Sammy last couple of games, ghosts past players and has a decent cross on him. Needs to hit the weights and the steroids ala Maradona.
  18. No idea what he was doing for the pen...Ball looked like it was running out.
  19. Tim Krul 6 Did what he could. Mathieu Debuchy 6 Tireless but overwhelmed. Mike Williamson 5 Re-birth is about done. Steven Taylor 5 Davide Santon 3 Hearless pile of shit and has been poor for ages. No idea why he stands near dead balls. Caught on the break a million times taken off. Vurnon Anita 4 Totally overwhelmed by the occasion but gave it a go in the way a dwarf can in a little box while being laughed at by children. Moussa Sissoko 7 Best player must be fucked off he's having to do everything... Cheick Tiote; 6.5 Gave it all and nearly scored. Hatem Ben Arfa 5.5 Needs games can't blame a player who's not match fit. Shola Ameobi 3 HIs last season and thank god. Sammy Ameobi 7 Showed nice touches just ran out of steam. Pardew 5 Poor prep and cowardly recourse to long ball. Luuk De Jong 5 Seems to have trouble kicking a ball.
