Think there was more to this case than just relying on precedent of other 'accidental' shootings. Personally would have gone for 8-10 years.

It's meant to fail.

Sentence might be light the way she's babbling on about precedence...

Woeful performance. However it must be said that Oberhead has some kind of Indian summer going on... I had the feeling that if they had got one we would have collapsed.

Good article that....Lays it out pretty sim[ly with regard to the hiatus about Baghdad.

At the serious end of Series 9 under closer investigation it transpired that of the last 5 two were completely delusional. The business idea one had for Sugar actually belonged to his friend and was already a going concern...And one of the woman had so embellished her CV she had turned profits of a few thousand a year into 5 million!

He did a fair amount of acid.

Having never watched any ever...Thought I'd skim a few on series 9...Is this just a load of muppets with shit business ideas?

http://www.ibtimes.com/ireland-close-tax-loophole-saves-billions-apple-google-facebook-1704846 Under pressure from Brussels to fall in line with European Union rules on subsidies, Ireland will eliminate a tax loophole that has allowed U.S. tech giants and other multinationals to cut billions of dollars from their tax bills. Apple, Google and Facebook are among the companies that could be significantly impacted by the change. Ireland’s finance minister, Michael Noonan, told the country’s parliament on Tuesday that he would phase out the so-called double Irish tax break. The practice has allowed companies to establish secondary subsidiaries in Ireland that effectively pay no corporate taxes. “I am abolishing the ability of companies to use the ‘double Irish’ by changing our residency rules to require all companies registered in Ireland to also be tax-resident,” Noonan said. The changes will not come fully into effect until 2020."

That's a real issue cause most of them have no idea about 'the real world'.

No law in the UK binds your freedoms.

Good stuff bro. Maybe need a new law to formalise the ring fencing of the NHS? Cast iron stuff.
-
The NHS must be protected at all costs. The EU don't like it and the Americans want to cream off bits of it as do most major drugs companies. IMO this will be the signature battle as to where this country will be going in the future.

There should be a new tax (15%) on foreigners buying UK property. What other things should they be doing but duck?

Taxi driver said it was the fags...
