I've done a full analysis of the club and nothing short of 100m inc backroom staff and coaches and liaison will sort it.

They can't even plan their own plans which have all invariably gone wrong. This is the hilarity.

If you look at the current structure there just isn't wiggle room for 2-3m pound a year manager. They will be looking for someone cheap or upcoming. It looks like they plan on spending about 20m net and not the 40-50m to overhaul and energise the squad...So they won't want a manager who wants to call the shots. Hence no approach for the flashier managers who will want to strengthen their CV's. They've fucked themselves cause if they'd spent a little in Jan then Carver might have won a couple of more games and they could have kept him (and Helen could have continued his media coaching).
