Battered fanny could be popular in Glasgow.

This is what happens when you do people a favour.

They'll probably had an agreement that he'd resurface after 5 years if everything has worked out, i.e she's got the insurance money and left the country. Why he didn't just go out to Panama though is strange? Any criminal procedings against the wife might be a bit hard now like. Worth a try imo. I think they need a bit more practice.

Not as ridiculous as it looks Abramovitch spent 2 weeks in the summer negotioating with the player...

I demand freedom for all parrots.

As I was typing it I was wondering that...does it predate the Monty Python "Sick Parrot" sketch? Or did they use the phrase as inspiration? I think its from when they took Birds down the mines in cages to test for gas. I know they werent parrots but i reckon thats where it cmes from Serious man They were probably similar to parrots, wings, beaks etc etc

I recorded both. The Thing is an absolute classic. I liked the black and white original as well. Must have seen it about 12 times now. -
....are we nearing the point where this thread will go up a gear?

He seemed to attract a huge mexican following while in LA. Very strange.

Lovely turn of phrase.

Lasses just pooping out of bushes throwing the lips on you all the time, I bet. What can I say? I can't help it! But seriously, it was more just that I was taken completely by surprise the first few times. Surprise kisses are nice. what constitutes a suprise kiss ??? ....I was with a friend last week (she's a doctor and a good listener)...I got into a reefer driven ramble about something or other and she suddenly gave me a semi-kiss (half lip half cheek)...That is a surprise kiss...But technically wouldn't count on here as it wasn't a full kiss.

The 'proven' managers we appointed in the past - Dalglish, Gullit and Robson (to a much lesser extent) hardly brought huge success did they? This is a 'right here right now' moment. Shearer isn't ready. Infact his cheeky little grin will buy him about 2 months. -
He had to get out of LA quick sharp....Shot his mouth off about Dubya a few too many times.

It was in a field of ripe wheat deep in the farlands of the northern magnetic belt. I was about 13 it felt like I was falling and I heard somewhere a million miles away a giggle...She said.. "Your leg goes up when you kiss".

They should have one special day a year when people are allowed to speed. -

I'm not so sure. There as many reasons why Shearer should be manager as shouldn't. Being in the game a long time hasn't made an inspirational manager out of Allardyce or McClaren. Similarly our best manager in recent memory had no experience, just a shitload of passion and charisma. That was a risk as all appointments are tbf. How many of us are wishing we'd got Sven, again, at the time we all thought he'd need too much money and be in the papers the whole time. And yet there are Man City, with a top manager and a billionaire owner and far closer to breaking into the top 4 than we are. If BS doesn't get his troops fired up and playing a hell of a lot better, I couldn't care less about his methods, he'll have lost the players and the public and it will only be a matter of time before he's shown the door. It's a fact of life at NUFC. The nature of the PL has changed massively over the last decade the depth of good sides stretches into the top 8. It's technically better, there are many better players...If charisma was all that was needed I'd win the league every year. "Kick out the style bring back the jam". -

Need a different kind of midfield really. It really has no muscle or engine in it.

If Shearer does somehow end up becoming manager in the next few months it will mean Mort and Ashley are clueless.
