  1. He's living in a fucking bubble. I'd love to crack him one when he's not looking. Silly fuck.
  2. North Americans, Central Americans, or South Americans??? The over-patriotic ones, which is pretty much all of them/you. It is pathetic, especially when you take their extreme lack of history and heritage into consideration. I must admit I am overly patriotic but my patriotism stems from my heritage and towards all things British, as it is with the majority of expats. I have been domiciled in California for 48 years and have not taken out American citizenship. On Poppy Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, or any other day I find appropriate, I fly the Union Jack outside my house. My avatar should tell you something 'Offshore'. Is Anaheim where Bud is made?
  3. This is the trick basically.
  4. Stands on SMO's shoulders by all accounts....
  5. Proud to be in the same camp as Alex and Nicos. In all honest I'd have trouble having a pint with someone who sits and wipes.
  6. R1CO is a sitter end of debate.
  7. Well in the sense I know it is predominately followed be women.
  8. We know when we've finished shitting Dave. I'm on about the, er, residue. You know, the reason you're even wiping in the first place. A very runny one might be a case in point to follow both regimes, a quick dab while sitting and then the finish off standing. Your like a fucking lawyer!

  10. The Germans sit to piss which I still laugh about. They use tweezers to pick sweetcorn out of their shelf-toilet poo and everything. Bunch of savages.
  11. I've honestly never heard of it. Must be a windup.
  12. IMO they need to get a one nationality set up cause that is half the problem. Have all Dutch or all Italian or whatever.
  13. The Germans sit to piss which I still laugh about.
  14. My cock is too big to accomodate sitting down wiping.
  15. There is something innately wrong with this man. I wouldn't even pick him for England.
  16. I saw the 4-5-1 / 4-3-3 as pragmatism, given the players he had / the system they were used to playing. I think his failure to play more attractive football was possibly what did for him. I'm not sure what Abramovich's wants exactly though. Especially given the managers being linked with the job. If he wants good football he should have got KK in Allegedly Abramovich was willing to keep Grant on but some of his advisors were really pushing for him to let Grant go (much like the way Jol was pushed out at Tottenham). Abramovich supposedly listens to these people and decided to get rid. Two of these advisors are meant to be pushing hard for Sparky to get the job. Could well be true. Sparky will have culture shock, but he is perhaps strong enough to get through it. Chelsea for me are like Real Madrid were 3/4 years ago.
  17. I was just thinking along the same lines, especially re: the Francis Bacon and Lucien Freud purchases of late. Also, did you see him when Terry missed? He was smiling. Is he really that arsed? I'm in contact occasionally with one of his 'buyers' here and she was given a season pass to his box at the bridge, which tells me he really wants to build something and wants other people to enjoy it along with him. There will be 8 plasma's on his new boat, primarily for footie watching. I think it's a catch 22 as he wants beautiful football but also winning football which is mightily difficult to deliver. Yes I think there is a time limit and attention span issue and the next manager will perhaps be his last crack at it at Chelsea. IMO there are about 3 managers who can deliver fluid football: Rijkaard, Wenger and Klinsmann (KK wouldn't survive 5 min's in the Chelsea set up).
  18. This manager thing actually might be the least of their worries. Roman has recently taken a heavy liking to the fine art scene and has started collecting prodigiously. There is talk of sponsoring major shows in St Petersburg and Moscow. He's got 3 yachts in build and is spending huge amounts of time building business in Latvia and Moscow. He wants to get into space etc etc...I have a feeling he could walk away.
  19. 2004, 2005, and 2006 were pretty lean for Fergie/Man U. If Grant had won the league cup do you reckon it would have saved him? No.
  20. If Mancini does come there will be one hell of a power struggle between the Dutch, Russian, Jewish and Italian mafias at the Bridge. Dutch? Ten Cats and his crew of scouts, hippies, chief scouts, Amstel boys, Doffs etc..This was the lot who ganged up on Mourinho. Right. My cousin reckoned him and Steve Clarke were going too but he's staying I assume? That in itself tells you a bit about the problems behind the scenes at Chelsea if they've been told they're staying regardless of who the new manager is. Granted the scenario is more convoluted than even ours. They had to keep TC on cause Avram is essentially a virgin at this level is what I heard. He was primarily given the job cause of his 'friendship' with Roman (who actually is probably too nice for an oligarch), and at the time the key targets (Hiddink and Rijkaard) weren't available. TC actually along with the Dutch phalanx actually suggested Van Basten . There was constant warring between the former Portugese contingent and the big Dutch ego's with Arnesen leading the field in behind the scenes arse biting. Throw into the mix Roman personally buying players (Schev and last summers trip to Barca to talk to Ronny personally) and it is basically a cauldron. All I know about Steve Clarke is that he doesn't get on with Ten Cats. But all worthwhile if you have the tools for a crack at the title imo. I can't understand the Grant thing - he's Roman's mate, yet he did well and still got the sack. Ok, he might have been just a stop-gap but didn't he get a 3 year contract? You'd think it would only be fair to give him the opportunity to show what he can do with his own players when he did well with someone else's team. Maybe the length of the contract was just for appearance's sake and I know it's peanuts to Abramovich. Even so, I find that a pretty obscene waste of money, if true. Ultimately Avram's media image and his failure to convert the side willingly to 442 is what's done for him. Also I think perhaps we underestimate the lack of respect the senior players have for him.
  21. ZAPP II I was the boy next doors imaginary friend.
