But why would the pointer do what the pilot said it did? It would have dazzled him with a direct shot in the eye, but lighting up the entire cockpit would require the canopy to split the beam up, yet in other examples the laser beam stays compact (dot on a chest in one example). And all the guy has to do is appeal and claim it's an OTT sentence and he'll probably get less anyway. Not that I've got any real opinion on the sentence, just that I find it strange to "make an example"/throw the book at them over something that might have happened, yet not over something that did happen. The insurgency in Iraq have suddenly taken great interest in the humble lazer pen.

See now you're just ranting. I don't know what you expect really, exact explicit details (including court transcripts and police radio logs) of everything that ever happened ever, or don't say anything. That other recent case I read about in a paper, I've no idea how I'd even go about getting alex-grade "evidence" for it occurring to be fair. I prefer just to make things up in any case. Less hassle.

Sweden.

I bet that huge batsignal light has brought down a few planes. Bobbies on the beat we need not flying about in choppers, light aircraft and suped up cars. Lazy cunts.

KK no money would have been a more accurate title probably cause that seems to be the core of the story.

Women always kick these things off and then act all hurt and innocent afterwards...Every time.

This is beginning to disturb me.

She sounds delightful. Well being the upstanding member of society he thinks he is, he'll be quick enough to point out his girlfriend after she does it to the police much like his incident outside Tiger Tiger.... Do tell.

Tbh it was a tiny, tiny transgression for which he apologised in a fairly respectful manner. It's clear Jen had been waiting for this incident to light her candle. I was really hoping Dale would make the mistake of fronting Darnell.

Darnell seems like the only genuine one in there for me. That mackem lass is a spoilt, poison, attention seeking slag imo, the way she went on about her painting was bordering on ludicrous. I fear for her kid if her mother continues to behave like that. P.S agree with J69 about Quentin Crisp, if he spat on me I'd be demanding an Aids test, just to beef the situation up a bit. Darnell seems pretty real and has calmly outed a few of the 'pretenders' (Luke especially). The blind one will win ultimately cause he's blind. In the BB house it must be quite some advantage. Dale is clearly deploying maximum camouflage. so that shirtlifter is out then ? They should have kept him in and the punishment should have been a gobbing bukakke on his face from Mohammed and his gang.

His value goes upto £20m on FM.

That's what I've just said to my mate When It was going round last time the mackems were bricking it I even read one saying he would tear up his season ticket and he wouldn't renew it

Darnel is my fav. Should have lamped a couple when he was clearly on the edge during paintingate.
-
I'd take him in a flash as it goes. KK would work wonders with him as he is primarily a confidence player.

Hi and welcome to the board.

I don't think Platini is talking specifically about expansion debts at all. It is normal to borrow to expand facilities.

Magpies offered ‘Beast of Seville’ Jun 28 2008 by Mark Douglas, The Journal "NEWCASTLE United have been offered Real Madrid attacking midfielder Julio Baptista as they continue their efforts to make a breakthrough in the transfer market. The 26-year-old Brazilian has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Bernabeu after losing his place last season, and Newcastle are among a clutch of English clubs who have been alerted to his availability. With Joey Barton’s future still far from certain the club are on the look out for midfield reinforcements, and Baptista certainly boasts a CV to match any of the players they realistically will be able to tempt to St James’s Park. United can expect plenty of competition if they do decide to take up their interest, with Baptista already offered to Tottenham – who turned down the chance to take him to White Hart Lane – and Blackburn, who are interested but would struggle to cover the cost of his personal terms. The player’s representatives are also looking for a new club in Italy, with Roma and Fiorentina among the interested parties in Serie A. Newcastle’s link to any deal comes in the form of technical director Jeff Vetere, who has maintained links with Real from his time working for the club as a scout." Depends on the price really.

It's pretty much obscene and I'm just waiting to see the first club to win the CL carrying a billion pounds of debt...Cause that is where it is leading if some parity or sensible measures aren't put in place. At the heart of a lot of MP stuff is the ideal of making footie more competitive and to keep in touch at least on some levels with the grassroots. Players getting paid £5m a year doesn't make the game more of a spectacle and that player is no better than his counterpart in the past who got paid £1/2m a year, or the obscene transfer fees..Some of the money changing hands for average players is laughable. Even if small things can be done to move the game a little away from money and more towards real competition the better. 100% behind Platini on this debt thing.

Is this the Swedish fella?
-
I think that's it exactly.

Platini has bee spot on about practically every issue so far IMO.

I've just started supporting both Milan's AND Real Madrid........ do you feel lucky?

Lehmann for me is still Germany's biggest weakness. Seems to spread nerves from the back.
