  1. She's a fucking oaf isn't she? You fuckin whore. Are people allowed to stand near the bit where they evicted with chainsaws?
  2. They do have the ability to zoom and look at frames when images like this are used in conjunction with legal matters.
  3. Most teams haven't to be honest. Most teams have a better squad than ours.
  4. I've no idea if he has or he hasn't, but if he has he's clearly forgotten everything for those few seconds, because that was not boxing technique at all, it was more cookie monster radge-fu. he'd be in the wrong sport if he looked like mayweather at 5 in the morning after 13 pints .
  5. That's the one he's serving for, although in fairness I've seen nastier fights between 5 year olds than that, if that is indeed of his scouser bashing. Not the point though really. Meant to be a professional footballer etc.... Aye, it's just the descriptions read like he nearly murder everyone within a 2 mile radius (although the worst injuries being a chipped tooth - which was the reason he got taken for what he did - seemed a bit incongruous with that), not slapped someone around a bit. He was always going to get done for that, and fair enough, but I've seen women do a LOT more damage than he did there, in fact I've seen friends go at each other worse than that then go and have a pint with each other. Getting puched does hurt you know. Yeah I know I once had someone shatter pretty much their hand on my zygomatic (?), but there's "ouch that rather hurt" and then there's real damage. What you see in that video (if indeed that is the Barton incident) is much more towards the end of things. I honestly thought from all the lurid press descriptions that he'd really gone at them, I mean I've never frequented really dodgy places and I have no truck with mindless violence, but I've seen and been dragged into much, much worse than that. Gotcha.
  6. That's the one he's serving for, although in fairness I've seen nastier fights between 5 year olds than that, if that is indeed of his scouser bashing. Typical scum how the lass (his cousin?) gets a couple of digs in while the kid's down. Oh aye without a doubt, but you can see much worse in many places any Friday or Sat night. That's the one he's serving for, although in fairness I've seen nastier fights between 5 year olds than that, if that is indeed of his scouser bashing. Only because you cant see the damage up close. He obviously doesnt have the ability to stop himself when he knocks someone down as is shown in the Dabo case. He is real sub human scum. I hope Bubba is having his way with him as we speak. There wasn't much damage, well at least from what he was charged on anyway, the chipped tooth is what bumped his charge up to what it was. Clearly he has serious control issues, but frankly I'd rather someone like him came at me than someone that actually knew what they were doing. Some people aren't used to shit like that and you just know if the guy had fought back, the lad who stepped in would have joined in the attack. Some people get really affected by stuff like that. True.

  9. Straight Lamps replacement I guess. But classier.
  10. £9m bid rejected. Liverpool are off their heads. Knocking back a £2M profit from a lad who hardly gets a start? Hardly got a start and still managed 11 goals. He`s at least worth 12 mil, if we don`t get it we should hang on to him for a season. Villa won`t get 20 mil for Barry. We`ll get him for 15. as I said. Martin O'Neil won't let him go for under 20m. Villa are down to £18M... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/t...lla/7450271.stm bbc are wrong as usual. 20m and he'll go. o'neil is furious with both barry and rafa. 20m for Barry is ridiculous.
  11. I personally like a rotating 433 more or less as we played it last term. Where a forward drops into mf when we lose the ball or to be available to a def bringing the ball out in the first attacking phase. Normally the target man stays pretty much in the middle and the other forward makes himself available wider (he can alternate sides for this). In this system Oba becomes a weakness as he really has little idea where he should be on the park.
  12. Personally speaking I'd say we need 5 to go straight in. CD Creative MC DM Target man type to replace Viduka. - Zigic? Right midfield. - Lennon ? After this I'd accept 2 squad players with potential: Deridyok and Larsson for example. Whatever other rascals Wise finds in the bushes. *Nicos will strike me down for this I'm sure.
  13. Why in the name of fuck would anyone agree a transfer for £xm before the Euros, when he could have 2 good games in the Euros and his price go up tenfold? Clubs do NOT sell before major tournaments. Fact. Apart from Modric's club anyway.... A rather germane example.
  14. Depends on how you design the system. Under an insurance based system, does everyone get better access to healthcare? You answered this with Avastin and France. Depends on how you design the system. Looking after terminally ill patients is expensive and does very little, you cant treat them so the only difference is the surroundings you die in. Going back to the question above, those paying higher premiums could be more liklely to die in a private hospital. Currently people in the UK are selling houses to pay for long term care of the elderly parents, thus destroying their savings. Does this happen elsewhere? Its already changing and the more we mix up the system, funding and provision, the better it will become. How would you design it? OK, for a giggle.... If you work, you pay for your own insurance. This is two-tier, one for general medical which comes out of your income directly and is the same % for everyone. The second is a top up scheme which has a minimum contribution but can be topped up which is for expenses above e.g. 5k per year. This gives those wealthy enough the choice to have 'hotel-like' conditions if they so wish. Those without jobs are subsidised by the government who make payments into schemes on their behalf, they can make very small contributions to the top up fund (minimal) that are then multiplied by the government into a much larger figure, allowing them to access better schemes. This has a number of interesting incentives on individual behaviours. Is there a way we could get the insurance companies to subsidise the care of the unemployed? Then we would really be cooking.
  15. but they aren't. Get real Mike I agree but to be fair, that sounds made up (i.e. what he's supposed to have said privately). I'm just wondering how long Keegan will last to be honest I think he'll stick it out personally. Even if it isn't what it was advertised as. That's just pure speculation though as it's very early days yet. But I don't think he'll want to be labelled a quitter again (unfairly or otherwise). I think he'll be honest with the fans about what is happening though. If the money's not there, he'll say so. I agree. The cockney press would crucify him - Newcastle fans wouldn't though. Either way, its his last job in football. What's your gut feeling about how much there is to spend? Curious.

Currently people in the UK are selling houses to pay for long term care of the elderly parents, thus destroying their savings. Does this happen elsewhere? Dementia patients are the worst example in the UK at the moment, being forced to sell your house for what is a medical condition that should realistically be covered in the same way that breaking a leg would be (it's just your mind that is broken). It would be if it cost the same amount. Fixing someone's leg isn't really comparative to years of care though, is it? Aye, but then it's very expensive to treat a lot of things, a lot of things brought on by a persons own behaviour. Whichever way you look at it, it is a travesty. The NHS is a balancing act though. Even more so as the burden on it increases with an ever-ageing population. I find it amusing though when people bash the government about it though (in general, not you or anyone else in this thread) since it's largely down to successive generations of a voting population who aren't prepared to pay more tax that it has become as stretched as it is. I'm not saying the government(s) aren't to blame btw, just that the population as a whole often seems to think it has nothing to do with them. Wholly agree.
  17. Message board cowardice at its worst. delicate flower alert. Do you honestly imagine knowing as I do that Chez is an analyst that I'm doing anything more than mucking about with him?

  19. Dale. He seems to be perpetually in a semi-sulk the fucker.

I think he'll be honest with the fans about what is happening though. If the money's not there, he'll say so. Broadly agree. But one has to wonder why the money wouldn't be there. Being competitive is the quickest way for MA to make his money back - selling or otherwise.

  22. Is it reality tv? It all seems pretty fake.
  23. I am still sure that Mertesacker will play at a top European club in 2-3 years time. Yes, both of them together was not looking good at all, but maybe with a quicker CB beside him he would look better. I think that was the problem. They didn't exactly compliment each other. To be fair, the combination did well in 2006 and in most matches afterwards. The biggest problem was that Metzelder has hardly played at all last season and was totally lacking match fitness. Why Mertesacker was so nervous and lost his confidence is a bit strange, positioning and passing are normally his strength, but he looked like a Boumble (a crossing of Boumsong and Bramble) the last couple of matches. So perhaps Low wasn't the secret to Klinsmann's success? Low did better than Klinsmann though. I disagree the Klinsmann team played far better football.
