To give Ashley his due it was a masterstroke bringing back KK. -

I think a lot of us are holding back and crossing our fingers (hoping for the best) and the stories (to my amusement) have been in a flux. It's gone from reticence about backing SA (not their man etc) to expecting full backing for KK to a kind of grey area now where people are falling back on money issues (balancing the books). As is the nature of banter on message boards I've found myself reading between the lines more often than not and my feeling is we're actually slowly but surely managing our own expectations downward - I don't believe they are as high now as they were last Christmas. -
Cheers mate. Very good read and looks like a very solid system. Interesting too how high the importance is on not just watching the player but analysing whether he will settle (wife, girlfriend etc). If we can build up a system half as good as that I'd be happy.

Newcastle target Coloccini again to plug defence gap

That does worry me a bit too. Will he be able to stand up to the physical side? We should have gone all out to get Richard Dunne, end of story. Agree about Dunne, but Colocinni has a reputation for being nails. -

Costs a packet as well. -
What do people make of him and his role? I must say the Dennis Wise that I know/knew has come a long way and I never really saw him as higher management potential. There is no doubts he is shrewd, a survivor a little battler and all that...But do peeps think he will deliver this summer and is he the right man to be representing the club in initiating player recruitment with Vetere and Jimenez?

Again though it's much easier to manage with their GNP and tax burden (which is very different from the UK). But that's still one point just another 7 or 8 to address now. There you go again, utterly clueless response. An insurance based system is made up of multiple competing companies who each organise their own schemes, they arent run by the govt so the tax base and GDP levels are irrelevant. Except that the bigger the economy, the more competitive and efficient the sector. Not the other way round you muppet. There were no other points to respond to in that thread and plenty you didnt address, have a read through again and try dealing with the points made instead of posting analytically hollow nonsense. That 'click' is the sound of Chez going up a gear. -
This is it...I'm worried I'm going to get drunk at the wedding and say something silly to her.... Just give her a bit of Stout and Tia Maria, she'll love you forever. Is that what the kids are calling it these days? What happened to good old Rohypnol eh ? Why use Rophypnol when a brick is free? "roofie" delivered from a blow-pipe leaves less mess I found. Who cares about a little mess? You're going to have to Dexter the place anyway Is it poss to weave this into my Dexter fetish? Gosh now we're talking.

And even if that is the case (which is it patently not) that justifies violating the rights of the rest of society does it? 5 pages you've been fly fishing with rights violation argument and you still haven't had a single bite. I think it's time to pack up the bait box and go home for a nip of whisky in front of the fire. You've just sharpened his next presentation for him. -

I know the amount of people on here who eschew branded clothing, new media devices and going on holiday is astounding. You know the rules. -

Of course the hidden secret is that people don't really like buying from corporations. They imagine when they caress a cd sleave that the bond between themselves and the artist is complete. -

Mrs P's mate, the one that I've always secretly liked is getting married. Foursome dinners at hers will never be the same again with her hubby in tow. That little extra squeeze I give her when we greet will have to stop. We will have to forget that time she put her head on my lap that night when Mrs P was asleep. A door has closed.

The Nasca lines intrigue me, it seems difficult to imagine how they could have been created without aerial intervention. Surely they're just scaled up drawings? For example if you drew a spider with legs on pace long, then you could draw in the sand a spider with legs ten paces long? Another mystery solved. -

That's the ironic thing, in the case of music and the internet they still can, there's absolutely no need for the Stasi-esq tactics. In the end they'll either evolve or die, no industry can wage war on it own consumers and survive, nor turn back time. Fuck know how many more laws they'll break and rights they'll crush before the industry fully realised this though. The good news is that on many significant levels this particular game is up. In 10 years from now no hip artist will belong to a major label and will be selling music direct with all the creative freedom that comes with that. To one person, then it will be available for free to all. With the correct cottage brand type footprint - fan loyalty direct to artist will counter that to an extent. Witness me paying £3 for an album I could have had free. There are millions like me (and you) out there. In the arenas I come into contact with it has actually transpired that little boutiques desginers/artists have bridged revenue gaps with the thing you keep mentioning. -

I notice you've still never commented on the drug development issue (the commercial need to develop new drugs for the sake of it). You're just insulting and wandering now. We both know why. Like a said 20th century thinking when it comes to the internet and music (and maybe other types of media). I know that will be your Holy Grail due to the field you work in, and that as such you'll never admit otherwise, but it doesn't mean that it is everyone's Holy Grail. I never commented on the DD issue as it was not part of the debate about the NHS and you were trying to steer it their to make some shit ill-informed political point that didnt relate to the debate. I also dont want to engage you in that debate, even though i went to Brussels yesterday to do just that with members of the European Commission. That debate is way above your head and i cant be arsed to start at the beginning and point out all the stuff you dont know. It would take me weeks. If you say what you do for a living i might consider engaging with you on it. However, you'll probably regret it. This is about music and copyrights. You never know Chez making swimming pools full of money might just be seen as a wierd historical quirk 20-30 years from now. After all it used to be free or patronised in the past.... -

The Nasca lines intrigue me, it seems difficult to imagine how they could have been created without aerial intervention. Fascinating stuff. Going back to what GG was saying of course the Govt. are fully aware of contradictions in tech spikes and occureances in the past and have spent a lot of time and money on researching this stuff, in the beginning cause they were fearful (cabals always fear being overturned) and more recently cause they have seen direct benefits. -

Your assumption seems to be that no-one wants to pay anything for any of their music. But that's not the case. Exactly. Anyone sitting through a CAM Version is clearly besotted and will be seeing it at the cinema 14 times, buying the Blueray and getting themself a Joker mask to boot. I paid £3 for the radiohead which I thought was a fair price. -
