  1. And they didn't actually own some of their most expensive players.
  2. Don't think he has a positive outlook at all. PR nonsense.
  3. no, hughton is planning on playing a dead player sometime this season. Better than Butt?
  4. There is something very suspicious about this deal. I bet we find out he's been playing for another club or summat...
  5. I've had dreams about cutting his head off. a) Should I apply for an FA coaching badge? Should I sit while I wipe my arse? c) Should I wank without the use of the trusty ladder?
  6. Yup, he'd snap any buyer hand off, not that he'll get one. This is why I chortle when I see reams of Ashley defence on N.O. He's trying to get out from under muppets!!! But all must bear in mind that what comes next might be worse! Thought we'd all struck oil when we got Ashley. If it's worse you can bet the defence will be bigger.
  7. Crock? Semi-crock? Perma-Crock? Crock? Get rid.
  8. Yup, he'd snap any buyer hand off, not that he'll get one. This is why I chortle when I see reams of Ashley defence on N.O. He's trying to get out from under muppets!!!
  9. Not an issue, the issue. Another 3 billion people (+33%) in the next 50 years is an awful lot of CO2 and resources, no matter how efficient anything/everything is. But weren't there calamitous predictions 20 years ago?
  10. They all seem to want NUSC perfectly suited to their vision before they even think about getting involved.
  11. Buy a couple of strong or at least one defensive midfielder ffs!!
  12. It good, but the fact is they can still win if they lose, just by a war of attrition. They've already lost hands down across the board in a wider sense.
  13. Making a profit about 8. Debt free Hull.
  14. According to the Mirror , Ramos, who was sacked by Spurs following the worst start to a season in the club's history, has been lined up to replace Joe Kinnear at Newcastle. Spurs were four points adrift at the bottom of the Premier League, after taking just two points from eight matches, before giving the Spaniard the boot. However, Ramos' stock remained high in Spain, where he enjoyed incredible success at Sevilla before moving to White Hart Lane. As such, Real Madrid appointed him cartaker coach at the Bernabeu, following the sacking of Bernd Schuster. This may have raised a few eyebrows in England, but in Spain it was viewed as a sensible move on the part of Real. However, Ramos' contract with the current La Liga champions expires at the end of the season, and reports suggest Real want to bring in Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger as their permanent manager this summer. With Kinnear having undergone heart surgery, the managerial position at St James could become available, and Ramos said: "My priority is with Real Madrid, but I would also like to have a clear idea about the future. "Just because I left Tottenham, that does not mean I cannot return to the Premier League. That league still holds many challenges for me."
