Apple and Raspberry J20 or the bluberry one will do nicely with lots of ice. a mate bought me a Baileys with a liqueur mixed in, I think it was called Kahlua (sp).That was gorgeous. B52s are canny nice. It's a layered shot with Baileys, Grand Marnier and Kahlua / Tia Maria (both the same, more or less). I made a one up which was basically just white creme de cacao with vanilla Stoli garnished with grated white chocolate served in a Martini glass. They're to die for tbh - ask Chez Given if you don't believe You can hoy a bit of sugar syrup in if it's too strong. Did a variation on it with with creme de framboise and raspberry vodka served with a raspberry on a cocktail stick. They're both a bit sweet for my tastes like, but nice for one or two. Excellent. Wasn't Chez walking into walls after a couple?

If it's lagers then various Czech ones. Budvar, Pilsner Urquell, Staropramen. If it's ale then Marstons Pedigree, Flowers, or a German white beer (Erdinger or Pauliner from Bavaria). Murphys is better than Guinness. Shorts: then either Bombay Sapphire. Vodka then Zubrowka Bison grass. (Beautiful herby finish can be drunk without mixer with one cube of ice). Whiskey currently Oban is the boy. Red Wine normally French and youngish with a light finish. (So I can drink loads). White Italian wines. My own silly drinks: Guinness with a shot of Tia Maria. (Chocolate heaven). Vodka, fresh lime juice, dash of cranberry juice, splash of tonic on top. (Girls love it).

The only light on the horizon is that they are desperate to get out (still are). This is what the obsessive immediate balancing of the books is about.
