The one thing that wont be cleared up is the fact he didnt say NO! We'll see

Before we crucify Carroll I'd recommend waiting for tomorrows papers, I'm sure certain concerns will be cleared up there.

Its a joint deal, both to Pool for £35m
-
Bet youve wanked your cock off at the thought of the balance sheet.

This is the issue, Ben Arfa, good deal, Tiote good deal, both even better for Ashley when we sell for four times the cost.

This. Find it strange that people are looking on this as good business. It signals our intentions one way or the other. No Ifs or buts. Im bookmarking this, should we win Wednesday and you'll be posting about Ashleys vision in getting rid.

Its a sellers market, we're selling and on the quiet will accept £10m at 11pm, you however are desperate to buy and have more money than the Anfield dole office burning a hole in your shellsuit pocket.

who will we have just missed out on getting with the AC money? Im going for Messi and Ronaldo, we went to fax an offer and the fax machine was bust then turns out nobody had Rossell's mobile and then we realised they were an hour ahead and it would be unfair to call late at night, fuck it we'll call in the morning

Ireland unveiled. Also suggests no-one will be sold by then because I don't think they'd put anyone in the firing line. This, time to shit it is if they cancel press conf

Caulkin Bit in bold speaks volumes to me. Why include it if you're not considering flogging him in the summer? technically, you can do the deal today but complete paperwork tomorrow...February!

Ie been looking at different ways to sort this and other things out withot peple havin to fork out. How about if we set one of these up? nothing to pay for anyone simply do online shopping etc through the easyfundraising site and we receive a donation. http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/ some of their more hefty offers are here > http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/home/increased_donations/ it wouldnt take many of those to be able to upgrade the software etc.

I dont think he has since the transfer window opened and definitely not in the last week or so since the Spurs interest. Not that he has to, its not his job to keep us happy with quotes but a direct quote from him now would shut the door on the speculation. Caulkin tweeting tonight that "NUFC reiterate today that Carroll is not for sale at any price". As has been said by many a person for many a time, that doesnt put me at ease.

I disagree. I believe LM says the same as I do, that you cant compete at any level unless you populate your team with players of the quality required. That cannot be done at the highest level based on loans and lower league "prospects" you have to have some level of balance between new exciting young prospects and experienced top level players. If you want to break into Europe then you have to speculate to accumulate. I dont know for definite if LM thinks we should break the bank, I know I dont think that we should but I do believe that a club of our size and potential income should be able to go out and spend £10m on a player if they're the cog we need to pull it together. What is also true is that if you do not compete at the level then you cannot hold onto your Carrolls, Ben Arfas, Tiotes and the like. Sooner or later they'll have their heads turned by the prospect of Champions League, Premiership winners medals, FA Cups etc Overall I believe that is what Leazes is saying and I agree. For the record, if we get through tomorrow and havent sold any of our main players and bring in another couple of faces be they on loan or whatever then I will be happy.
