Passed through Ghent on the way / way back. We were going to call in there but our flight home was moved from early evening to tea-time so we didn't really have time. Quite fancy going back though so may give it a go. It's meant to be a bit like Bruges but without the hoardes of tourists. Don't know about you but I just kept sub-consciously assuming I was in Holland when I was in the Flemish part of Belgium. tbf, they were doing what they thought best to gee us up, which like it or lump it we need.
